This cozy home features spacious bedrooms and a huge backyard, thoughtfully designed for the ultimate vacation experience.

Kids will love the RACE TRACK, playground, and playhouse — endless fun right in the backyard!

And for the grown-ups (and the young at heart) — enjoy a private ARCADE ROOM with arcade games for all ages, a pool table, and basketball. You’ll never run out of things to do!

Each adult bedroom includes a TV with 65+ popular cable channels and free Wi-Fi throughout the home. A coffee machine with capsules is also provided for your morning pick-me-up.

Please note:
* Outdoor security cameras are installed for your safety.
* Pool heating is available for an additional fee (optional).
* Spa heating is complimentary.
* Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

*Pool heating is offered at $120 per day for a minimum of two days, and spa heating is provided free of charge (large pool).

*We have a Ring Doorbell next to the front door.
We have one security camera on the front of the house facing the street, one on the side of the house facing the side gate, and one in the corner of the backyard.
The Cameras are always ON and recording for security and liability purposes.

Before you leave:
We kindly ask that you leave the house in reasonable condition.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH BEHIND

If possible, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could:

My friends and I had a girls weekend here and had an absolute blast! The host was very friendly and provided excellent details to make the most out of our trip! We did not bring our kids with us, but all talked about how coming back with our families would be amazing because they have so many things for the kids to do.The lazy river and the pool/spa do not disappoint! I will definitely be booking this place again in the future and suggest you do too!

Im in love with this property the house is way better in person well organised everything was provided only needed to get food and our clothing kids enjoyed the place we all did the game room and playground are so nice the host is so nice and responds quickly we stayed for a week we will definitely be coming again in the future

Perfect for families!

My kids and four grandkids (ages 3-6) stayed here over a long weekend. The children couldn't have been more thrilled. They went from the pool to the racetrack to the game room and then repeated this over and over. No one was every bored and we had a wonderful time. Sherry was so helpful and responded to texts and questions right away. Just an overall fun weekend. Thank you!

Lazy river relaxation

Property was as advertised. 40 minutes from PSP airport. Near shopping like Walmart/Costco etc. Quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool/game room and pedal cars The only negative would be the lack of cooking items like spices, condiments etc but they were clear that they didn't normally have that stuff stored in the house.If planning on doing cooking bring or buy your necessities .There were only 6 of us but 3 families could stay there if need be, plenty of room.

Absolutely a 5-star stay!

We spent 5 amazing days at this property and truly didn’t want to leave. The pool area was beyond anything we expected: it had a lazy river, a jacuzzi, fun water features, and even a slide that kept our kids endlessly entertained. My boys (ages 6 and 8) couldn’t get enough of it, and when they weren’t in the water, they were loving the arcade in the garage. The setup was perfect for families, even the little play area designed for younger kids was such a thoughtful touch.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. On top of that, the support from the host and team was fantastic: responsive, helpful, and truly welcoming. Every detail was thought out to make the stay easy and fun. We made wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free, fun-filled vacation.

Family Fun & Memories!

I take my family (ranging in age from 2 to 60 years young!) with me on all our holidays. This was by far my grand kids' most favorite vacation home - and we've done swanky locales abroad! Sherry's home is thoughtfully laid out in a way to appeal to kids of all ages - from the amazing pool with water features, outdoor fun area, indoor arcade and billiard room, and ample sleeping and indoor accommodations. We used all of it and the kids were pretty sad to leave. Even with the temps above 100 degrees in hot August, the pool was refreshing and we flocked to it daily. Don't be afraid to take a plunge - you'll be glad you did! Great fully stocked kitchen, very clean and tidy throughout, and the pool and caretakers were so polite and efficiently and quietly freshened everything up and made way so we could enjoy the rest of the day. What a wonderful week in Palm Springs / Coachella Valley! Thank you, Sherry!
