Nice house located in Downtown /Heights /North side Houston area. Walking distance to White Oak Music hall (6 min walk or 1 min drive) 3 minutes drive/12 minutes walk to the Woodland Park at the height, 5 to 7 minutes drive to Downtown attractions and locations. This house has updated everything. Spacious Living room for a large group to gather , modern dining room with open custom kitchen. This house is with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bath and 1 half bath with a total of 7 Queen beds that will accommodate 14 sleeping capacity.Also have large 65 inch 4k TV in living room. Please expect normal wear and tear at this house..If you are looking for a nice place to have a family /friends gathering or get together then this is the place to be at!

In town for a conference and this house was a good value compared to the downtown hotels, and only a 10-15 minute drive from the convention center.

Hello! We had a great time in Houston and the house was so nice! It was clean and the host was very responsive! We asked for more hand towels and ended up with plenty. There is a mulberry tree in the fenced in back area and the berries were ripe. It was perfect climbing for the 5 year old in our group. We had little kids and there wasn't much in the house they could break which was nice for us. The house is 3 short blocks from the train which we used almost every day.

Parking was good. Clean and no laundry to do. Great location for us. There was no broom or mop. Nothing to clean kitchen with. Roaches was in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms. Unknown insect took over one of the bathroom’s toilet seats and crawling over luggage and kitchen countertop. The leg was completely broken off of the sofa. We used a paint can to prop it up. Light blown in master bedroom. The house needs to be better equipped and certainly sprayed for insects. We were offered a hour late check out or 50% off if we stayed another night. We declined.

The host was rude. They mentioned no partying on the check in rules which is fine but then they mentioned it again on a seperate message and even stated that they would call the cops. The house was dirty, the rear door was leaking water during the rain storm. A handful of the blinds were broken. I had to take pictures to document everything with fear of accusations. I sent pictures to the host to keep a paper trail. There was only 1 TV in the entire house. The worse part was that there were roaches in the kitchen.

Vrbo Triggered a party voilation for this guest so we had to do our due deligence to inform and remind the guest of no party or events. There was nothing wrong with the blinds as it was a temporary add on that wasnt listed in the listing pics. The property is treated regularly with insecticide and the maintenance/cleaning crew didnt notice any roaches.

Wonderful house

The house was clean and check in was easy The host communicated all info well ahead of time which doesn't always happen. Lots of room for people to hang out and quiet neighbours. We would stay here again!

Place of Peace at the end of a long work day

This is the perfect place is you find yourself in Houston for a week and do not want to be stuck in a hotel. Quiet out of the way but easy access to downtown Houston.

My family and I stayed here for about a week and the stay was awesome. The house was very comfortable and has a lot of space to accommodate a large group. The host was very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely book again!

The only complaint I have is that there was a very small coffee pot, but no coffee. We had to make a trip to the store to purchase coffee. The towels and washcloths need to be replaced. The house was clean and the sheets were clean.The smoke alarm in the living room was chirping and we were out of toilet paper but a call to the manager and they brought over paper towels, toilet paper, and a battery.I would recommend that you get a Keurig coffee pot, and have coffee on hand.

Fantastic getaway for an extended weekend

Stayed here for several days with a group of friends. We primarily were using it as home base to eat, sleep, and get ready for the events we were attending but also spent some time just kicking back and watching tv in the evenings. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

Girl’s weekend

The girls and I had so much fun in this house! The house itself was beautiful and all bedrooms were very spacious! This house was close downtown so Uber was not expensive!
