Welcome to DwellHTX, located in the 1st Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown. This LUX modern 3 BED, 2.5 BATH 2-story home is also 3.5 miles from the med center and 8 mins to Galleria. The house is nestled along the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail, giving you walkable/rideable access to downtown parks, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Dwell HTX is located in the heart of the historic First Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown Houston. The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown. There is also plenty to explore in the 1st Ward neighborhood where you can take a short walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, beer garden, and the Sawyer Yards Arts Complex that features more than 300 art galleries and arts related businesses. (Target is located within a quick walk as well).


DwellHTX has been curated with modernist mid-century furniture and decor from both local and international designers. The home includes special touches from authentic Guatemalan accent blankets to HermĂšs artwork.

This two-story family home features carrara marble counter tops, Malaccan cherry and marble floors. Loaded with Smart home features, alkaline water filter, and key-less keypad entry. DwellHTX is an ideal retreat for an urban getaway or extended stay in Houston.

Great place and location.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Close to downtown so many places to go. It’s on a quiet street too. All the beds were comfortable and place was really clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston.

Very pleasant

First off, Dustin was a spectacular host. From booking to check out he made sure every T was crossed and I doted. The residence was well maintained with all supplies very easy to find. The bedrooms were hugh with very comfortable beds. All in all this location is everything., quite neighborhood, with stores within a 5 minute drive.

Awesome location!

Nice clean space. The bunk beds were perfect for our young kids and we appreciated having a washer & dryer available. One of the bathrooms had a broken faucet handle but other than that it was perfect!

Great Location and clean house

Me and a few friends stayed here for the College Football Championship Game. The house was in a great location for Houston and in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Its walking distance of a brand new convenient store that had everything you could need. It was also very clean and matched the description completely. Definitely would stay here again if I'm ever back in Houston

Great property in near downtown Houston

My friends and I enjoyed our time in this spacious home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to a cool bar and less than a five minute drive to downtown Houston. The host was accommodating and response, leaving very thorough instructions for entering the home and other things. I’d definitely recommend and would return one day!
