"Ah the View!" Casa Alegría beach villa

Casa Alegria is our new and unique villa situated in the hip, eco-friendly, paradisical twin beach villages of Mazunte-San Agustinillo. Wake up to the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. Enjoy amazing sunsets while cooling off in the dipping pool with ocean view. Enjoy fresh breezes, bird-watching, and expansive mountain to ocean views while just being a 3-min walk to San Agustinillo beach below.

The villa has five separate entry suites or rooms available to guests (for up to 4 couples and 2 individuals) across two floors including a kitchen, pool, and wood terrace. Four rooms have queen beds, and one room has two twin beds. All rooms have in-suite bathrooms.

Casa Alegria is a 7 suite Villa on 4 floors completed in 2022. An 18-month labor of love project located in the paradisical seaside eco-village of San Agustinillo, Oaxaca.

The Five Suites:
- 3 large (300sqft each) ocean/sunset view and poolside queen suites named Sol, Luna, Corazon on second floor.
- 2 garden rooms (200sqft each) named Mar and Tierra and a separate Kitchen/Dining Table on first floor. Limited to no view.

All suites sleep 1-2, and have a private bathroom plus your own separate small kitchen.

The top floor palapa and pergola "open living" space has additional ocean and sunset views that guests may have access to (upon request with owner and when not raining).

We speak English, Spanish, and French. Owner Host or House Manager is sometimes on site and will provide concierge-like services to our guests during your stay.

Other info
We have gated and paved private parking driveway for up to 3 vehicles on site. Car rentals are available at Huatulco or Puerto Escondido Airports (45-55min drive from Casa Alegria). Moto-scooters are available to rent in a few locations around town including one service provider in Rancho Las Hamacas. Walking to beach below (3min) and into the center of San Agustinillo (10min) and nearby Mazunte (25min) is also popular. Note: The town’s ATM’s run out of cash often and ability to pay by credit card is limited thus be sure to bring enough cash. No smoking on premises. No children under 12.
