This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was so cozy and comfortable. We would love to come back again!

We stayed here on the way to Thanksgiving in Nashville. Exactly what we were looking for - quiet, peaceful, cozy place for two. Walked our dog to breathtaking sunset at Signal Point. What a beautiful neighborhood set on top of a mountain!Had everything we needed and Pruett’s Grocery was close for supplies. Close to hiking and close enough to Chattanooga for shopping, restaurants, attractions and events. Would definitely recommend for a getaway to peacefulness.

We had a lovely stay this was the perfect spot for my husband and myself quaint cute little neighborhood many things within walking distance. Beautiful views just write down the street great communication from the host with lots of ideas on things to do. We came for a golf trip so we played golf most days that we were there. However, I will be coming back when I can have more time to explore.

The house was adorable, comfy bed and a lovely couch. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked. Location was wonderful for walking around the community, walking to the trails and easy drive into Chattanooga.

Lovely Property/Exceptional Host

Very nice property in a historic neighborhood. This residence suited our needs very well coming into Signal Mountain for a family wedding in town.. Dustin was an exceptional host even after a snowstorm. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Reunion weekend

Came to town for my 50th reunion. The cottage was perfect. It was so peaceful! Dustin was awesome and easy to work with. Most of my functions were downtown and I found the cottage to be convenient to get to downtown. I would definitely stay again!

Great small mountain top town.

Great historic neighborhood, with a beautiful amount of one hundred year old homes. Signal Mountain is a beautiful small mountain top town. People that live there and our host were very friendly. Old tyme cottage was very clean and secluded behind the main house. Love the location.

Signal Mountain Hideaway

Great cottage in Signal Mountain. Comfortable large bed. Quiet neighborhood with trees. Sofa and sitting area. Good shower. Had clothes rack and siutcase rack so easy unpack. Easy check in & out. Great communication. Great place to stay

Nice place, but a little over priced,

We were not expecting this retreat to be what looks like a converted garage. Overall it was fine, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is rather small. As a woman I am not high maintenance, so even for the little I do the bathroom is not very functional. A ceiling fan would really help move the air in addition to the wall unit. Lastly, if charging a cleaning fee then the guest should not be asked to take out the trash and hang towels. All cleaning should be left to the cleaning crew.

Quiet & Relaxing

We really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing cottage! Dustin and his family were very polite and easy to work with. If we ever make it back to Chattanooga, we will check availability of the cottage!
