This property was built so that your group can hangout on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges' best locations. **This is a Duplex. The unit has a separate entrance and is completely private. However, we do have guests in the other unit so you may run into them outside of the house or potentially hear them. The kitchen is fully stocked and we are central to Colorado's two largest highways (I25 and I70). Every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
LAUNDRY SPACE: The Laundry area is shared space between unit 1 and unit 2. Please be courteous of your neighbors when using this space. Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.

There were hair and particles everywhere including on the new towels, under the bed sheets, bathroom floor, and even on the kitchen counter. There were empty gatorade and water bottles on the front porch upon arrival. A neighbor working on their vehicle at 2am so we could not get any sleep. I expected the home to be more clean according to the photos, but only the kitchen was somewhat dust-free.

Just OK
This is an older home, in a so-so neighborhood. The house across the street had late night parties in their backyard on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. This is a 2 bedroom unit with parking for 1 vehicle in the drive. One of the nights, the only space we could find was curbside at the end of the block.
There are a lot of items which are pretty much standard in vacation rentals but are missing in this one. Mixing bowls, paper towels, enough K-cups for one cup per person per day etc. In the bathrooms, we got one set of towels each for the entire stay. No spares. The furniture is sub-standard, very uncomfortable couch and no table where 4 of us could eat. I don't know how long this homeowner has been doing this, but I hope they get other honest feedback and use it all to improve their property.

Home review
We booked this home for a softball tournament with our family of 5. The futon or fold down sofa that is available for a 5th person was not comfortable at all!! It’s less than idea and we ended up buying a blowup mattress for our 12 year old to sleep on. The bathroom mirrors are not in line with the bathroom sinks which aren’t a major thing, but makes it difficult to get ready. There were 4 towels available and 1 kitchen towel available for our 7 day stay at the house with paper towels not allowed in the house. Also the laundry room is locked so there’s not availability to wash our 4 towels for our family of 5 for the week! We had to request additional towels. The ice machine in the fridge hardly works. Made enough for two glasses per day. Not enough for our family of 5. But my biggest complaint was that it is not disclosed that there is someone who lives in the basement of this home!!! The first night of our stay we thought someone entered the house and it was frightening! The owners should have to state this on the listing in my opinion. I would not recommend this home for stay.
