We live just blocks from the condo and we are happy to come to meet you at check-in or give you all the privacy you desire. Just reach out and we are only minutes away from you if needed.

2. Breweries & Restaurants â 10 min walk to local favorites, coffee shops, and casual dining.

5. Downtown Denver â 10â12 min drive to Civic Center Park, Ball Arena, and September events like Taste of Colorado and Food & Wine Festival.
6. Red Rocks Amphitheatre â 25 min drive for legendary concerts.
7. Denver International Airport (DIA) â 25 min drive, convenient for quick arrivals/departures.
8. Uber Bike/Scooter Depot â 4 min walk for easy eco-friendly transport around the city.

The open living/dining area has south-facing windows, seating for six, and WiFi for work or streaming on smart TVs.
1. Outdoor Lounge - Private patio with grill + Bluetooth firepit for mountain sunsets and cozy evenings.
2. Bedrooms - Two king suites with premium hybrid mattresses, blackout blinds, smart TVs, and plenty of storage. A sleeper sofa with full bedding adds flexibility.
3. Bathrooms - Each bedroom has its own attached bath with tub/shower combo, plush towels, eco-friendly toiletries, and hair dryers.
4. Kitchen & Dining - Fully equipped with 4-in-1 coffee maker, Ninja blender, dishes, and seating for six. Perfect for hosting or home-cooked meals.
5. Laundry - In-unit washer/dryer with supplies provided for longer stays.

2. Bikes & Scooters â Uber bike/scooter depot just 4 min walk for easy rides around Sloanâs Lake or into downtown.
3. Public Transit â Bus stops nearby with routes to downtown, Union Station, and Ball Arena.
4. Light Rail â Short drive to the G Line station, connecting you to Union Station and the airport.
5. Rideshare â Uber/Lyft readily available; most trips to downtown under 10 minutes.

4. No Smoking inside the property, outside only. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely in the ashtray provided or in the outside garbage can. Cigarettes should never be left in the patio or disposed of inside the house.
5. Refunds follow Airbnb policy; processing fee may apply (up to $150)
6. Plenty of USB-A ports (bring USB-C adapters if needed)
7. Long stays (30+ nights) include $175 monthly insurance fee
8. Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet.
9. While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property.

We are Anna and Brooke, two classmates in nursing school turned property manager "mompreneurs"! We love the outdoors and travel and we specialize in caring for people from our combined 25 years of nursing. We want to make you feel like our space is your home.

This neighborhood is where all of our college memories happened, as alumni of Regis University. Brooke lived in this unit her senior year of college and she can still feel all the good vibes from that era. There are many brunch spots just a few minutes drive away and lots of shopping and activities not to mention easy access to i70 to take you to any number of the infinite Coloradical activities this special State has to offer.
