This cozy home provides spectacular mountain views from our covered deck. Our two-story home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Creede boasts 96% public lands and millions of acres of National Forest. It is close to the Rio Grande River, Mineral County Fairgrounds, downtown Creede, ATV, and hiking trails. The covered porch provides the perfect space to sit, take in the crisp mountain air, and enjoy the scenery.

For liability and insurance purposes, we have the following surveillance devices on the property: one camera by the front door and one camera by the back door.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or the Christmas/New Year's holiday).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
