Affordable Family Getaway- 90 minutes to Yellowstone

Welcome Home! The entire house will be yours in this family friendly neighborhood, with the exception of the garage and a basement closet. As of 2024 all mattresses (with the exception of the twin beds) have been replaced with top name brand mattresses. We know a good night's sleep while you're away from home can make or break a family vacation or be the exact thing you need after a long day of work out of town.

Welcome yourself up three front door steps into single level living with your own personal access code. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, Master Bedroom has a king bed and the other two are queen beds. The basement has one Sleeper Futon in the main living area; linens are in the upstairs bedroom hall closet if these are needed. In the basement there are 3 more bedrooms with black out blinds, two with queen beds and the third with two twin beds.
The backyard invites you to the cool bug-free summer nights with a firepit (wood and camp chairs may be available upon request), picnic tables, and a propane grill. This space is fully fenced for your children's safety and enjoyment.

Convenient and roomy!

One of the best VRBO experiences in all of our years of using this business. There was plenty of room for our four generations to gather. We were welcomed with a generous gift basket. Everything was so clean, and there were beds for 16 people. Great location in a safe neighborhood.

Great Home Base

This property has an excellent combination of common space and private space. The kitchen/family room area has a large table and plenty of seating, so a larger group can eat and socialize together. The six bedrooms are wonderful people can get their own space for sleeping or some quiet time. It is a clean, comfortable, well-kept space and a backyard for play time. Hosts had great communications and were very responsive.

Last minute get away!

Beautiful spacious home with lots of room for everyone to have their own private space. 3 bathrooms made it nice since we had 7 females and one male. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and not far from town! A wonderful place and location. Property manager was very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions we had and any last minute accommodations that we needed. Highly recommend to anyone needing this kind of space near Idaho falls!

They called me to charge me more for cleaning when they are already charging it, they are charging the insurance for damages that were not done, the soccer table was already broken, the patio table was not touched and they are charging the refrigerator, we did not break it, the sheets of TRUE ??? that they don't wash and change them before renting to other people, they are charging for the sofa in full, if you want to remodel your house, don't blame those who rent it

Great for our big Family

We really enjoyed this home in a quiet neighborhood in Idaho Falls. All of our family had plenty of space and privacy with so many bedrooms and areas to relax. It was very clean and the owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We enjoy backpacking in the backcountry of Yellowstone National Park, snow tubing down the hills in the Heise area, and soaking in the hot pools at Lava Hot Springs. Hosting short term rentals gives others the opportunity to experience this quiet piece of America.
