Take the Island's Beach Trolley to wherever you wish to explore on the island or drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island.

THE SPACE:

This one-bedroom completely remodeled condo is located at the desirable South end of the Island. There is a full walk-in shower with a BONUS powder room (additional vanity and sink) connected to the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to make your meals at home after a busy day on the beach,

The beautiful living room features a 50" smart tv, with internet streaming to Netflix, Amazon Prime and more, and opens up onto the spacious lanai relaxing over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while overlooking the widest canal on FMB where you can enjoy watching the Yacht traffic, dolphins and Manatees. and you'll love the screened-in lanai. (The lanai also offers sliding glass doors to separate you from the elements if you have hot or rainy days--making for lots of entertainment space no matter what the weather!) This unit is located on the second floor (1 flight of steps--no one above you) of the most friendly condo complex you will ever enjoy.

There is a beautiful, heated pool overlooking the canal, and a laundry room for your use as well.

The patio below offers BBQ grills and sunloungers.

Ammenities include central a/c, on-site laundry room, complimentary hi-speed wi-fi, linens, towels and beach towels, beach umbrella, beach bag, beach chairs, beach wagon and cooler--all basic supplies are provided. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation!


Guest access
Guests will have 100% use of the property, and will be able to access the unit via a digital deadbolt system, so the timing of arrival is quite flexible (anytime after 4pm) and the unit will be all set for you on the day of your check-in. There is an assigned parking space for you!

Please Note: The Island was damaged by the hurricane in Sept of 2022 and many of the area resorts, hotels and condos are still rebuilding. The Beaches are 100%!!
