A peaceful place for a couple to stay and relax. This is a 2nd floor full size apartment w/balcony and ocean view. We are dog friendly and only100 yards from the beach, (walking distance). Restaurants, food court, massage, surfing shop and stores, right next door. We have a secure place that has a BBQ, patio area with patio set. Grass area for your dog (dog friendly). In the big garage we have a Jacuzzi, Gym with treadmill, weight machine, punching bag, also a nice lounge area with TV to enjoy and hang out. There are several attractions in Ensenada to enjoy and we can assist you if needed. We are onsite so if you need anything please ask. This is your vacation time, and we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay.
We also have a studio apartment with full kitchen and private parking garage at same location. (Property 2768696)

Perfect beach spot

We had a very positive experience with Rick and Sandra, from when we booked to check out. They were easy and responsive in their communications and the description is accurate. It is just south of the main drag, but has lots of local eateries and an easy bike ride into the centre. It was just lovely to walk on the beach each morning. Their dogs were adorable and ours was safe and happy on the balcony 'guarding' his tribe. Accommodation was very clean and well appointed and we had the gym and hot tub to ourselves. Thank you for offering such affordable accommodation.

A fantastic stay

We had a fantastic 6 week stay. Our 1BR unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The private yard, on-site washer/dryer and gym (treadmill and multi-purpose weight machine) suited our needs (and those of our two dogs) perfectly. Richard and Sandra (and their two pups) were exceptional hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was very clean, updated and in a great location. The hosts were the best!

Location is blocks from the beach. The property is safe and clean. The hosts are helpful and friendly. They’re on-site and you’ll have everything you need to have a great stay. Impossible to be disappointed with this Vrbo listing! We are already looking forward to returning.

Oasis Near the Beach

Rick and Sandra are absolutely the best! The place is spotless and charming. Check in was a breeze and they take super hosts to a new level, helpful on local recommendations from restaurants to veterinary hospitals. Sandra arranged for on site facials and pedicures. The apartment is well outfitted with all items for a long stay, with full kitchen and lovely balcony. I really appreciated the washer dryer as I stayed a month. Super pleasant courtyard with grass, with a BBQ to use. Spent some very pleasant nights watching TV in the spa/work out room as a group. Very close to the beach I would walk for 45 min with my dog and still not be at the end of it. Many pleasant restaurants walking distance. Secure on site parking was a plus. I felt welcomed and comfortable in my lovely apartment.

Felt like home. The hosts treat you like family and are awesome people. The property is located in the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, convenience stores and restaruants. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.
