Welcome to Sunriver, where there’s something for nature-lovers and city-dwellers alike. This home is in the perfect location - with quick access to Mount Bachelor and the Deschutes River, near the Sunriver shops and restaurants, and only 20 miles from Bend.

This woodsy home is all comfort and convenience. Lounge in the living room, light up the fireplace and turn on the TV to browse your favorite channels and shows. When you get hungry, head into the well-appointed kitchen to cook up something delicious with your group. At night, rest your head in one of three bedrooms, two of which have their own TVs. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom and a workspace including a desk and computer monitor.

When the weather’s right, spend time on the deck grilling and soaking up the sun.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active surveillance cameras in the home in the garage pointed at the garage door, outside of garage pointed at driveway, and on the front of the home pointed out front.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
