It was difficult to find the right cabin at first because the cabin number wasn't clearly listed and GPS took us to the wrong one based on the address. The property isn't as nice as others I've stayed in for the same price, I'm guessing because it's summer. There were alot of families with kids around us and it could get noisy. The place was clean and is in a good, central location, so we did enjoy our visit.

Nice location, cabin was cozy. We would have appreciated enough silverware to accommodate the amount of people that can stay here. The beds and pillows could also use a major upgrade. Felt like we were sleeping straight on coils.

Sunriver is great this cabin not so great. This cabin is in desperate need of a facelift on the inside
When we got here it didn’t look like the rugs had been vacuumed
 old shaggy rug that reminds me of the 70s. The kitchen had no exhaust fan when you were cooking. If you’re gonna pay money like we paid for this, you would expect more. Very dark on the inside, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. Sunriver, however, is fun with bicycle trails everywhere. We had a great trip otherwise.

Nice Place but Dated

This little cabin has everything you need for a great Sunriver stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean. It does seem very dark inside even with all the curtains open. We were able to check in early so that was nice. Good location. We enjoyed our half hour walk to the village.

Great location but needs a few upgrades

We love the Ranch Cabin and have rented several over the years. This cabin is in a great location, has nice furnishings in the living room, and has a newer deck that overlooks the trail. However, we wouldn’t rent this cabin again because the upstairs queen bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I ended up choosing to sleep in the loft trundle bed. The owners really need to upgrade the mattress. Also, be aware that the private Ranch Cabin pool is currently closed with no ETA for repair. This is the main reason we choose the Ranch Cabins so that was disappointing, although I appreciate that the property managers gave us a heads up. I’m general, the property managers were very responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunriver has something for everyone. The cabins were cute. 31 needs updating. It is weary. the kitchen was adequate. The BBQ cover badly torn. I couldn't get out to my car for an hour because the sprinklers were going for an hour from 8:30 to 9:45.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway.

We love Sunriver! Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. The house is dated but it’s was very cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Thank you!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sliding screen door is failing and has been for years..The sliding door is hard to lock.. The curtains don't work... Back deck is rotten and about ready to break through..not very clean dirty floors, dirty bathroom, hair on furniture, cobwebs everywhere..Barbeque was filthy.. (Maintence did come right away and throughly cleaned it) Thank You..Bottom line is we have stayed here for years and love the location, but every year it's the same complaints.. If they would spend some money and update these items, it would be an excellent vacation home..

Nice quiet stay

We had a great stay. Nice quiet area. The SHARC passes were very nice and we had an amazing time there. The house had everything we needed.

Nice location

The cabin has a nice location for riding to all the fun activities in Sunriver. The kitchen is stocked well enough. There’s plenty of beds for more people. Sadly, between the 4 of us it was hard to find a semi comfortable bed. The beds really need updating. One time when I was sitting on the couch a flee jumped on my leg and then onto the couch. Unfortunately I was unable to kill the flee. We did not have a pet with us. Not sure I’ll book a pet friendly cabin next time. All in all, it was an ok cabin and good enough for the price. I’ll probably pay more next year and search for a place with more updated beds.

Great location, quiet

This cabin has a great location, quiet. Could use a little TLC and the deck really needs replaced but still clean and had everything we needed. Even without Air conditioning we were able to keep it cool with just the house fan. The bedrooms were good sized and plenty of room for grandsons and us. I was so pleasantly surprised with Sharc passes and a small neighborhood pool. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Nice for the price

Quiet location, very simple, easy. We booked at the last minute needing a place for us, our 4 kids, 2 grandparents and 2 dogs. There was a bedroom & bathroom on the first floor which was nice for the grandparents.

Nice little cabin for family fun

We had a great time on our short trip. The house was perfect for our family to have as a home base to enjoy all that Sunriver and Central Oregon have to offer
