New and cozy fully renovated and furnished 75m2 apartment located near the Skopje City Mall. The flat has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, nice balcony, wifi, cable TV. Situated on the first floor (there is one apartment bellow on ground floor), looking at a nice green park. Free parking and public transport near site.

â 2 bedrooms each with itâs own bathroom makes an ideal place for 2 couples or a family of four. Super King size bed 180x200 cm in the master bedroom and a Queen size bed 150cm Ă 200 cm in the second bedroom with an extra comfortable mattress and pillows for a perfect sleep. In case of 2 guests, only the master bedroom will be prepared while the second bedroom will be prepared upon prior request.

Eva's apartment is fully renovated in 2019. The space is clean, bright and stylish, yet very simple with everything a modern traveler would need.
There are 2 bathrooms for each bedroom. Both bedroom access the nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice view at the small park across.
In case of only 2 guests, the master bedroom will be prepared; the small bedroom will be arranged only upon request. Additional guest/s must be announced and they will be charged 15 eur/ day/person.
The common space feature a fully equipped kitchen with a nice island where you can cook you favorite meals. In the same space is the living area with a cozy white couch and 2 armchairs where you can watch cable TV.
