Waterfront Condo, Boat Slip & Heated Pool, 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom

Well kept, quiet waterfront condominium. 4 miles outside of Camdenton on black top roads. Unit is located on the 4th level with easy access to parking lot, boat dock, and heated pool. Our complex does not have an elevator. Condo can sleep up to 10 people (limit of 6 adults) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level with adjacent bathrooms, and a loft with a bathroom.

12x32 boat slip is just a short walk away. Nearest boat rental is Montego Bay Marina & Resort. Larry's on the Lake, Fish & Company, The Cave Bar, Papa Chubby’s, and Captain Ron’s are a 15 minute boat ride away. Bridal Caves, a great family attraction, is just a 5 minute boat ride.

If you aren't boating, you can stay in and enjoy a spectacular view of the lake from our deck. There is a Walmart in Camdenton that offers pickup order service for groceries, as well as a Gerbes Grocery Store, and Dollar Tree. Our kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee pot and a Keurig. Our condominium offers 2 pools, one is heated, if you want to take the kids for a swim. Don't forget your beach towels!

Other things worth mentioning - Free WIFI and DirecTV. Washer & Dryer in unit. We will provide a few laundry pods as a courtesy, but ask that you please bring your own laundry detergent. Blow dryers and complimentary soap in each bathroom. Enough toilet paper and paper towels will be provided until you are able to get to a store. No smoking and no pets. Pack N Play and stroller available.

Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. Please be respectful of these rules and our neighbors. We are located at mile marker 8.5 Big Niangua.

$140 CASH CLEANING FEE needs to be left in the microwave upon checkout.

We were able to check in early which was great. Disappointed that there was not a grill as the listing indicated. Excellent communication with issues! The last 2 nights we were there the air conditioning quit. Thank goodness it was nice out and we could have the windows open. Thankful for the person who owns a condo that was there for the weekend who works on ac units and was able to add some Freon (it was the weekend so no repair people were available). Overall nice facility, location, friendly people, quite and the pool was great

The property was perfect for our group. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. It is hard sometimes to find a property that offers a boat slip. And this place had one!!! It was in a great location near the condo. The only the negative was the stairs. There were so many stairs from the condo front door to the pool. But it was a hot week.

Baseball road trip

The condo was clean and just as described online. The 3 rooms gave our families the perfect amount of private space and a nice kitchen and living area. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed, minus the coffeemaker. The coffeemaker was dirty and took almost 45 minutes to brew! Definitely needs replacing. Only other complaint was the amount of cobwebs and spiders on the balcony. Couldn't enjoy any time out there because of that - needed a good hose down. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay! Pool was perfect too!!

Amazing!

We came with our family. Place was just what we needed. Great communication with host!! The only thing we would've like was the gas grill that was listed in the amenities. Will definitely be back!

Great get away

We had a very nice stay. The property location was good, nice quiet area, we didn't ask about steps, there's quite a few to get to the pool and water. It wasn't a deal breaker but hear index was 105 degrees, so if you got refreshed in the pool you didn't stay that way after 4 flights of stairs. The ceiling fan in living room needs cleaned and we found a stray sock on the drape rod? Again not deal breakers but maybe needed a little attention. Our space was great, there bedrooms, the bathrooms, nice for us and our two sons and their families. Our owners were very helpful and easy to contact. Thank you! fan in Livingston nee

Very nice condo on our favorite part of the lake!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Clean and spacious enough for 6 of us. Especially loved that there are 3 full bathrooms, king-size beds in each bedroom, and a boat slip included! In addition to the two pools, there's also a very nice, new outdoor shelter with lots of tables and chairs, a basketball court, swingset for the littles, volleyball court and outdoor games, such as cornhole, also a bathroom close by - we took advantage of the space and had a potluck dinner with our extended lake family (24 of us) - it was perfect! The condo grounds are nicely landscaped and it was very quiet and peaceful. This part of the lake is the best part of the lake, in my humble opinion! The host, Jaynee, was helpful and very responsive to my questions. Good rental experience and we would rent again!

This cindo was just as the pictures described

The condo was very clean and looked as listed. Finding it can be a little tricky, but once you figure it out, it makes sense. The condo was spotless. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, and the living room furniture is so nice! The high ceilings, sliding doors, and large windows, make for excellent views! This does seem to be a bit of a loud complex. People were walking around yelling late at night and, there were a few times, sitting outside was not comfortable, due to people playing extra incredibly loud music and people on both sides of us, and down below us, smoking. The smell came up to us, and it was very unpleasant. The heated pool was very nice, but again, we didn't stay long due to music so loud, and people so drunk, it just wasn't fun. I realize this was a holiday weekend, and we like to have fun and listen to music, too. However, there has to be some respect for others. I wouldn't stay at this condo a 2nd time, but that isn't because of the condo, itself. The owners were easy to speak with, very responsive, and the condo is beautiful.

Great place to stay with family

We booked this condo to be close to family who had a house on the lake. We couldn’t all fit at their house so we needed something close by and the location was perfect. The condo was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Our youngest of three daughters is leaving for college and we wanted to spend quality family time and make memories. This condo was perfect! We enjoyed tubing, visiting Bridal Cave, waking up to a beautiful view, and having a wonderfully clean and homey place to end our days. The place was more than we expected: clean, beautiful view, and very spacious. We have been to several condos and have never been to one so kept up and stocked with anything we needed. I have recommended this property to many family and friends!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was roomy and the view of the lake was awesome. The host even provided wine and beer that we indulged in. We would rent this condo again in thr future!!!
