Mobile Home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Large Den with a pool table and covered parking just a few minutes from Lake Texoma. This home has absolutely everything you need to keep you & your family comfy while visiting Lake Texoma.
Our sweet little town has several delicious places to dine. You can enjoy the Buffet at BG’s Catfish or The West Bay Cafe and if your feeling lucky the Texoma Casino or West Bay would be a great place to let off some steam.
Enjoy sitting outside on the front porch or stoke up a fire in the back patio area.

NO Internet or Cable TV. We do have a wide variety of Movie DVD’s available to accommodate all ages.

Not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred while at the rental.

Guests are responsible for property damage costs.

NO Pets Allowed. Do NOT clean fish inside the rental!

At Checkout gather up the trash and put in poly cart by the carport. If you use the grill clean the grill, wait till it cools off before covering.
Before leaving the property put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it with a pod which is beside the sink.
Gather up all dirty towels and wash clothes and put in the wire hamper beside the washer.

Lake wedding

The property was everything we expected. Clean and perfect location. My phone service was patchy but the description of the ace said no wifi so wasn't a real problem. Enjoyed the quiet and visiting with family. Great place to just relax.
