Please inquire if you would like to add on our attached MIL suite which gives 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and living area.

This spacious home is just a mile from the Delaware Bay where your doggie friend can walk on before 11am and after 4pm during the season, or anytime before Memorial Day or after Labor Day.

Our Pool and lawn is maintained twice per week and since we cater to our guests with flexible check in days and only a 2 day minimum stay, they may come during your stay.

By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool:
1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above;
2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above

Our pool is open seasonally from April til October. Please inquire if the pool will be open if you rent from either of those months as it opens and closes weather dependent. Please be sure to add your dogs to the reservation so it will calculate the correct charge based on your stay. We permit up to 2 well behaved house broken dogs per stay.
