Home was spacious and beautiful. I would recommend this home for any large families. My only issue is there is not any privacy for next door neighbors. I would advise some privacy screens from neighbors other than that home was fantastic.

Pros: Fabulous place for a large family gathering. The house was built for it. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and eating space and the deck was fantastic. Owner communicated well. Games and a pool and hot tub without even leaving the house. Everyone absolutely loved it. Cons: there were signs all over the house, almost every door saying do this or don’t do this. Took away from the nice feel, but I’m sure they’ve had bad experiences with guests. The floors were really dirty when we arrived — 10 minutes walking on the floor and our feet were black. The owner did send someone out to clean it and it got a little better. Lastly, the indoor pool was great but the pool room was about the same temp as the rest of the house (70) and it was too cold to enjoy for our younger kids. Overall a very positive stay and everyone greatly enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a house this size, you won’t regret staying here!

Great for big groups

There were 17 family members who stayed at the property so the 10 bedrooms and 10 baths were perfect. The downstairs game room was great for the kids. The house was very clean. The deck was nice. The main living area was not very conducive for many to sit but was okay. Being in close proximity to the State Park Marina was very convenient. Michael and Zoe, the hosts, were very prompt in replying to messages. We would hope to stay there again if in the Branson area again.

Very well stocked home. Didn't need to bring much. Communication was fast and maintenance was very polite. Never found where to recycle. Would suggest privacy screen for porch. Very close to neighbors and felt intrusive.

The best fun for the value

Great place for cousins, aunts, sisters to reconnect from all directions. Such a great deck, living space and fun areas we never saw Branson. Dining tables inside and outside were perfect for games and meals together. We all would recommend it and hope to come back soon.

Family vacation

House was beautiful !Location was great since we like going downtown and silver dollar city. 15 minutes either way. The only draw back, only one dish washer worked, the kuerig didn't work, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were nice. Floors will need replacing soon . In saying all this it was a great place to stay and works well with big families. Playground, pickleball courts, and the indoor pool was awesome. Thank for the memories made!mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Weekend Getaway

Our group of 16 adults had a great time at this property. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The large deck on the back was the perfect place to gather in the evening. We did some cooking while we were there, and lacked nothing in the way of tools and dishes.The only suggestion I would have is to bring your own towel if you like using a bigger towel, as theirs were pretty small.Aside from that - it was a terrific site.

Has everything you need or want! Well stocked kitchen with great space/seating for larger group around table. Spacious. Comfortable. Clean. The setting inside has a great atmosphere. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and kept commenting about it.

Lovely vacation home in Hollister

We had a wonderful time here, swimming in the indoor heated pool (altho small for a large gathering, perfect for the kids), eating and visiting. Would recommend this home, especially if you could stay in summertime, although there is a beautiful view of fog over lake in late fall.

Gus family Thanksgiving.

Our family of 24 stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend. We had a wonderful time! The house is spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool and game room and the area outside was great and felt safe. Ben responded right away and when we asked for anything he had it waiting for us. We would definitely return.

Perfect for a big family!

We celebrated Thanksgiving a few weeks early. The house was perfect, so each couple could have their own bedroom (I'm the oldest of 8)! There were a few cleaning issues, but the hosts were quick to respond and make it right. We loved the back porch and were able to get amazing family pictures with trees in backdrop behind the house. We've would absolutely book here again! The big kitchen island and table worked so well for family meals. Seating in the main living room was limited and could be improved, but the 10 bedrooms made up for it. The pool was heated and a great amenity- it's small but nice for early morning & late night swims when we didn't want to go to the big indoor pool up there road.

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and refreshing. Cooking is very important, and this house had everything we needed and more. The porch area had a good view of the lake. The pool was a great place to just relax. I would highly recommend staying here and Ben was great.

Excellent but for a couple of things

We really liked the accommodations but to give the tenants 1 towel, wash cloth and hand towel for the entire stay is a little ridiculous. We rented a house with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and there were two towels per bath. Some of our bedrooms had two people in them. And there are no lamps or trash cans and not enough seating in the common area.

Enough space for all

This home was perfect for my entire family. There were 24 of us ranging from 2-62 years old. Even though there were 24 of us, the house never felt crowded. The furniture was well appointed and the property well maintained. The beds were all very comfortable. It was awesome having 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sets of washers and dryers. Almost every room (with the exception of one) had its own bathroom. We used the deck throughout the entire day, as well as the evenings. The indoor pool and hot tub (outdoor)were a bonus, as the community outdoor pool was right outside as well. Communication with Ben was easy and he responded quickly to our needs. I will be recommending this property to all our family and friends!!
