Quiet upscale neighborhood, large custom home (2193 Sq Ft+), with 4 full bedrooms + a loft bedroom (sleeps 10), 3 baths, parking/plenty of space. This house was absolutely perfect! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed to be close to Autzen, and you can’t find any better/closer house than this! If it wasn’t the middle of January and hovering around 30 degrees, we would have walked there. :) The host was easy to communicate with and the house had all we needed and more. Thank you, we will be back!

The beds were very comfy. Having two living rooms and two fridges is great for large groups. Lots of spices but bring extra k pods for the coffee maker. Lots of games and puzzle’s. Convenient high chair and bed if you have little ones. If you want a big yard then this is not the place for you. Really enjoyed the house and would book again but would not take back to back showers/bath due to hot water situation.

The property was very nice and very clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was ample parking for four vehicles in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. There were a couple of small outdoor seating areas, one with a grill.It was easy to get to and easy to get to the downtown area and OU stadium.

Clean, serene, and beautiful.

Check-in was easy, with great communication from the owner. House was clean, and serenely peaceful. Given that those staying there were competing in the USA Track and Field Championships, this beautiful environment was super important!! Wonderful neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay!

Quiet retreat in Eugene

We are a group of rowers from California who stayed here during the Northwest Regional regatta at Dexter Lake. Location is perfect; easy access to main highways and lots of grocery options. We especially appreciated the gas fireplace for the two cold and rainy evenings!

Lovely Home, Great Location

The home was very comfortable & clean. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us staying in the house without feeling crowded, even when most of us were in the kitchen at times. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that feels very safe. The owner/manager of the home got back to us right away when we needed something, and she was very nice. I would love to rent this house again in the future.

Lovely family stay

We had a generational girls trip: my grandmother, aunt, mother, sister and her 4yr old daughter and my 10 ye old daughter to stay at this house. Plenty of room and toys/games provided! We did not leave the house much and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is in need of an update of kitchen supplies if you are planning on staying and cooking often. However, the host was extremely responsive abs helpful. Overall great house!

Family Football weekend

We hosted our family in Eugene and shared the University of Oregon Duck experience, with fabulous accommodations and a location that can’t be beat! The house is well appointed and perfectly located for a quick walk to Autzen - we will definitely be back!
