Charming vintage home with lots of natural light and a cozy ambiance. Located right across the street from a great park + dog park. Short 1 min drive to grocery and other shopping. 8 min drive to airport and 20 min to the University of Oregon. Also a short 10 min drive to Fern Ridge Lake. Home has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate families and groups of friends.
Please note there is a guesthouse located on the property that is available to rent as well to accommodate for larger groups if needed. Please check out our other listing.

Quaint sweet place!

We stayed her for University or Oregon graduation weekend! Three separate families stayed together and it was great for us to be close together! The PAC-Man game machine made it even more fun and bring us oldies back to our childhood! We had all the accommodations and everything we needed!

In the back bedroom that had 2 beds, the heater didn’t respond to the thermostat. With only a heater in the living room area, the other rooms got cold. I would have preferred to hang out in the kitchen more, but it got too chilly. Super loud bathroom fan that could not be separated from the fan. In the middle of the night I avoided turning on the bathroom light because the thundering fan would wake me up.

Medical/shopping mini vacation

Excellent location; easy off the freeway, close to shopping. Well appointed, lots of storage for staying a few days. Bed was good. Wifi, instant access, appreciated Netflix. Back yard secure, good for our two 10 pound poodles.

Beautiful three bedroom property in Eugene that provides all the comforts of home in a centrally located and accessible area. Walking distance from grocery and restaurants and prime location for University of Oregon and Downtown Eugene.

The proprty is fantastic for families and pet friendly. The host is very easy to reach and fast and friendly about resolving any issues. There is a park and a grocery store within walking distance. The only warning I have about the property is the stairs at front door are a little steep. But the backdoor has a rail and is easier for those with bad knees, or hips. And the floors squeaks. But this is our second stay and I would highly recommend.

Cute House!

This property is very clean and managed very well! It's located on a busy street but right across from it is an amazing dog park! My doggo loved it. My sister and I used this spot to reminisce about when we lived in South Eugene as children! Thank you for the great visit.

Home sweet home

I truly admire the warm and inviting atmosphere of the home. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Location was great, communication with owner was great, ease of everything was fantastic. We had a small issue with the door, owner was so quick to respond to my message and make arrangements to rectify the issue. Little things I wasn't expecting were provided, and the overall experience was fantastic!

Comfy and Cute

The overall stay was great. The property is located on a super busy road so the road noise was a little loud. The backyard was a little rough so if BBQ'ing and hanging outside is your preference this likely is not the property for you. The house was clean and had all the accommodations you could need/want. Plus there was a vast supply of super soft plushy blankets - A+.

Nice Zen Eugene home, dog friendly

This was a very nice place within 10 minutes of downtown. We had two little dogs so the dog park across the street was perfect. Loved the dishwasher and laundry. We were ok with the hot water taking a while in the shower, it was super clean and with excellent shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Air conditioner really helped in the main room, fans in bedrooms. Games in the closet! I’d recommend this house.

This home had easy access to everywhere we went: airport, downtown, Florence. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for our whole family. The back yard was perfect for our Easter Egg Hunt, as well as being private; we could let our grand kids be on their own. Over all, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the ease of communicating with our hosts.
