Step into refined comfort at The Palms â Suite B, a luxury escape in a transformed antebellum home. Blending classic Southern charm with modern amenities, this retreat offers access to a serene shared courtyard with a hot tub and is just 1 block from King St's best dining and shopping!
** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C. They share the common courtyard space and hot tub, but each has a private entrance with dedicated porch seating **

Guest Access:
âą Guests have exclusive access to Suite B and Suite B's balcony seating area. The entrance to the house is through the courtyard, accessed from Saint Philip St.
âą The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.
âą Parking: 1 parking space is provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 1 block from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

âą Uber/Lyft Available â Quick & easy rides to attractions
âą DASH Trolley (FREE) â Stops nearby & takes you around downtown

âą This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.
