Enjoy easy access to everything Indy has to offer from this perfectly located home base with quick access to multiple biking and walking trails across the street. Walk around Garfield Park and the conservatory year round to get a taste of Indianapolis history. Close to the heart of Fountain Square for live music, local food, and art! Explore the local coffee shop and brewery down the street. You will be required to sign and agree to our rental conditions upon booking.

Garfield Park is a 128-acre regional city park in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Established in the late 19th century, it is the oldest city park in Indianapolis and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Upon entry from left exterior door on the front of the house, you will walk up the stairs to the Unit labeled #3.

One queen bed.

Apartment Unit is part of a house & shares a hallway. Check in is through the exterior door with the white flower wreath.

This unit has great location. However, it is located on a busy street and transit line to get to downtown easily, you may hear noise from traffic.

Parking is free on the street in front of the house. Street is busy, please use your own precaution.

This house was built LONG ago, please be gentle and do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

Parking is FREE in front of house - As always, do not leave any valuables in your car.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great location, very clean and well described. Had a question/issue with the lock code once (although probably user error) and Peyton was super quick to respond! Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay from start to finish. The property was very easy to find and access. Felt very safe and secure there. Check in was very easy. It was just enough space to enjoy a beautiful city. We come back every year and we will defiantly be coming back to this property next August for our annual DCI trip.

Overall great place. being across the street from Garfield park is nice. However there are some small accommodations that would have made the stay better. There were no ice trays in the freezer and no body wash in the shower. If these were available it would be 5 stars from me

Good experience

This was my first trip to Indy, so I didn't know what to expect about the neighborhood. The property is well-secured, so I felt safe. I didn't have any problem with noise at night - either from outside or neighbors. It's close to transportation so it's pretty easy to get downtown if you don't want to drive. It's also super close to Safeway and Aldi. I highly recommend this property if you are going to an event at Lucas Oil Stadium - it's a super easy 4-5 minute drive. The owner responded very quickly, which was wonderful! The property was perfect size for me to stay by myself for a little over a week. 2 people for more than a quick weekend trip would probably be too crowded. Kitchen has new appliances and had a good supply of dishes. For the price I paid, it was a good property. The bathroom could use some TLC, but nothing was broken and it wasn't dirty...so I really can't complain. I will probably return for another event at Lucas Oil Stadium.
