Nestled in the historic Merz Building is a space with style, comfort and all you will need for a short stay in Indianapolis. Free parking and walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center. The suite features 14’ ceilings, 10’ Tall windows, both wireless internet and Ethernet hookup, TV, washer dryer and kitchenette to rival the best a 5-star hotel has to offer. This unit is a studio with one luxury queen bed. With the many fine eateries in town, two happen to be across the street from your stay. Shapiro’s Deli and Iozzo’s Italian. Eli Lilly is in the backyard and Back 9 golf a short drive away (no pun intended).

It is a great place and very good location to the stadium. Easy quick walk to the convention center, and being able to park makes it worth way more than most hotels. City noise traffic can be a bit much during the night. It sounds like it is an issue thru the city, though. A pair of ear buds takes care of that.

Bill was great to work with! He responded quickly and was very friendly when we happened to meet him in the parking lot. The unit was just as advertised and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. Very convenient location!

The perfect spot!

This is located in the perfect spot to be out of all the craziness around Lucas Oil Stadium but close enough to walk to and from! The building has been renovated into separate apartments and the work they’ve done is amazing! The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts even provided coffee pods and snacks. We will for sure be staying here again!

We stayed to watch our grandson perform in Bands of America at the Lucas Oil Stadium. This place was perfect for us. As stated in the ad correctly the stadium is a short walk. Parking was simple and the entrance to the apartment was much more simple than it sounded. Our grandson will perform there again and we will be booking this place again! It was clean and as advertised!

Big Ten Championship Weekend

This place had everything you needed. You can tell the owners take pride in this property. It has great restaurants within a few blocks. If you are able bodied the location is within walking distance to many premier downtown locations, not just Lucas Oil Stadium. Hope to stay here again.

The room was very clean, parking was easy, it was a very short walk to the convention center and the downtown night life (even better when the downtown building construction is complete)! It was very easy to get in contact with the host and it was a SUPER SUPER comfortable bed. For awareness- if you're not used to the sound of cars passing by the window bring a white noise machine or ear plugs. I always find it takes me a while to adjust to "busy downtown street/car" noises because I live in the country. I would definitely book it again!

Great location.

Directly across from indianapolis's famous Jewish deli it made for a good meal on my arrival. I was doing things at the convention center so I just walked about a block away and found one of those lime screws. Indianapolis is sort of built for traveling around it on those scooters. Purchased a 60 minute pass and the last for basically the 3 days I was there for the convention.. would stay here again

Exactly as Advertised

Bill and Becky were excellent hosts. I contacted them with a question and received an immediate response along with a courtesy phone call. The building and room were spotless and in excellent shape. Location is as described and convenient. Coffee and fixings were available, complimentary toothbrush and paste if you forgot yours, as well as complimentary laundry facilities. I highly recommend this property and will make this my choice of stay every time I visit Indianapolis in the future.

Stadium stays 2 was amazing! I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and absolutely loved it! The space was great, parking was easy, it was a 10ish minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. It is street level so you do get some light from vehicles but it’s not bad, and no one can see in between the frosted windows and blinds. There’s a great kosher deli/restaurant right across the street! I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Indy!

It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!

It’s all about location, as they say in the business, Then I found the Merz building and from the moment I saw it I recognized the opportunity. It has history, character and a location next to our awesome Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana convention Center. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to this great city.
