Great place and location!

The reservation process was a little intimidating, but worth it. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. Plenty of room and very spacious. Would book again.

Long weekend with friends.

Property was just right for the three of us. Location to most activities we were interested in. Surprisingly on street parking was not a problem.Would recommend it for a weekend or longer.

Spacious and clean

It was nice to be able to walk to so many places. Only recommendation is to add a spatula and whisk to the kitchen, hard to flip eggs with a spoon!

We loved this condo and felt very safe.

The registration was a lot of work but worth it. The unit was clean and spacious. Loved the size of each bedroom and was very quiet. Each room had its own thermostat. Clean and pleasant hallways and a nice heavy door.

Great location, excellent service, nice place

Perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything you need. Location allowed us to walk to all the sites in downtown. Very quiet building. Communication with host was outstanding. Comfortable beds and seating. Not a problem, but wish there had been an overhead light in the dining room. Would definitely recommend.

Paradise in Memphis

This was such an awesome place to stay at. Really clean, great location, and excellent hosts. It was quiet at night which made for great sleep. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The host was great at communicating and the check-in process was a breeze. Can’t stress how great of a location this place is. It is really close to many great restaurants, bars, and Beale Street. They only thing I will mention is that the hot water does run out fast, so if multiple people are showering around the same time, the water will get cold. Other than that, this was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend.

Birthday Celebration

The condo was clean and everything was as described in the description. One bathroom was mid repair. We contacted the owner. Communication was very easy. They sent someone to attempt repair but it was not able to be done. We were moved to a different condo. We were close to public transportation. Many sites were in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Memphis family getaway

Our family getaway to Memphis was delightful! We had a lovely stay, and did as much in 2 1/2 days as humanly possible. This particular property was conveniently located where we walked everywhere except to Graceland. I was exceptionally pleased with the property and the rooms, each had their own bathroom which allowed everybody to have their own level of privacy. My only complaint would be the TV in the living room or the gathering room has an image that’s too dark to watch, we could not brighten up the TV. After seeing a bunch of mini coops, we had decided to go back and watch the Italian job. We were unable to watch it because of the darkness on the TV. Getting into the unit the very first time was a little complicated however, the process once you did, it was very easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here again! It is a wonderful location to walk to almost everything that you want to go see. I would encourage you to go to the blues diner . There’s also a souvenir shop across from the blues diner next to B.B. King’s, the staff there was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for hosting a great family weekend for us!

Spacious comfort

We traveled to Memphis for a family wedding and needed a place near the church and reception with enough space for 5 adults to get ready. This hit the mark. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. As others have noted, the initial rental process requires more effort than normal, but the instructions are clear and if you follow directions, it’s a relatively painless process. There were also some nuances to getting in the front door, but the instructions and video provided were very helpful making it all hassle-free.

Downtown convenience

Everything went beautifully once we arrived. Prior to that, there were many required online steps for identity verification and payment approval. I did not like sending actual photographs of my driver’s license and credit card, matched with photos of my face, over the Internet. It did not feel secure, but because it was a late stage step and required, I went ahead feeling I had no choice. If it’s trying to prevent fraud, it seems that Abode would be able to do this differently. I realize that Abode says its site is secure. We can only hope. Once something travels digitally on the Internet, it is out there. Please reconsider. Thank you.

Great property/not so great property management

My friends and I loved the space. It afforded us to have our own bedroom and enjoy the wonderful city of Memphis. The process to rent the “abode” is not for the faint of heart. You could probably obtain a mortgage loan quicker than fulfilling the requirements for this management company. Once you arrive it is very difficult to unload/load your luggage. There is very little street space and was warned we would be ticketed. I read the reviews before booking and was warned about accessing the property. I followed the directions to a t as I was fearful and fortunately was able to enter. After stressfully unloading our baggage I realized we were 40 minutes early. I contacted the management to see if we could be granted an early entry to at least drop off our bags. NO RESPONSE. So I will summarize up the stay, great space. Good location in the heart of Memphis but too much of a hassle to rent and access. Just be prepared to be on your own.

Great Place to Stay

This is in the perfect location. It is also great that it is a secured building. Parking is easy across the street. My only gripe is the renting process. You have to send so much stuff every time and selfies with your ID. Kind of crazy but overall it is amazing. I have stayed there twice for a total of 10 or 11 days. Will stay again
