Newly renovated winery estate house, just steps from the tasting room at Carboy Winery. We are located on the Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway with easy access to Colorado’s premiere rafting, hiking, and biking trails. Enjoy a peaceful sunrise overlooking our vineyard and sunsets across Mt. Garfield.

We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home has everything we needed, quiet and serene and very relaxing! Views of Mt Garfield are stunning with the Colorado Monument directly in front of you and a short ride from the home. Centrally located in Palisades and 15 min drive to Grand Jct. James is very responsive and accommodating with requests and staying in touch. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to experience the winery during our holiday weekend visit. We’re definitely going to be back!!!

This was an A experience! A beautiful home next to an excellent winery and surrounded by scenic vineyards and vistas. The home was clean, large rooms, and a well equipped kitchen. James was a terrific host. Only a 2.5 mile scenic drive or bike ride to downtown Palisade. We were sad to leave.

Fantastic Stay!

A fantastic place to stay to enjoy Palisade. Super clean, comfy, and right on the Carboy Vineyard! We stayed with a group of friends and took advantage of the gorgeous outdoor spaces this place has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Away

The Carboy property was a beautiful setting for a weekend away. To add to a great home and location, the staff at the winery was so kind and welcoming! We did the Winemakers Tour with James and learned so much while tasting incredible wines. Sunday we started our day with a fantastic yoga session. We will definitely be back.

Wine weekend

What an amazing property and place to stay! This is our second year staying here and we love it! It is so clean and well stocked with whatever we need for cooking. We were able to cook dinner in each night and of course, have a bottle of wine from Carboy with dinner!! Such a great place to stay and great location!

Wonderful stay!

The location is perfectly situated on the Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway with a wonderful patio for the estate house and an excellent winery across the parking lot. The home is spacious and well-supplied, and we loved the large table for eating and playing cards!

The views are amazing. The kitchen is awesome. There is a great outdoor patio to grill. The beds were comfortable and had great sheets. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Great getaway!

We took a short girls trip and stayed at this beautiful house that is literal footsteps from the winery’s tasting room. The property was clean, beds comfy and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be back!

Very clean, updated and conveniently located house on the Carboy property. Well appointed kitchen, beautiful views of the grounds and surrounding mesas. The host was very easy to reach and communicate with. A perfect place for our adult family vacation.

A group of us came to Colorado to visit friends. This location was perfect.

The house was great! The winery is such a pretty setting and the house has a wonderful patio where we spent a lot of time. We look forward ro returning next year.
