Pavilion en un nuevo y hermoso edificio de condominios , en el cual podrĂĄs disfrutar de una increĂ­ble vista de la bahĂ­a desde su alberca climatizada la cual se encuentra en el ultimo piso de este condominio.
El departamento tiene todo para que te sientas como en casa estando lejos de ella.

This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias.

Very nice property in a great location. Front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The roof top is beautiful with a fantastic bbq area, lounge area and pool deck with amazing views.

Disappointing

The reviews said this property was exceptional. It wasn’t. The bed was so hard that I couldn’t sleep on it, had to use the pull out couch. The shower head spewed water everywhere, we mopped up the floor after each use. The kitchen sink was not attached and the spout kept wobbling. The maintenance guy came on day two to repair. He cleaned the shower nozzle but within two days it was plugged again. The reservation said that for all visits over 7 days we would get a cleaning service. We stayed ten days. No cleaning service came and the Bay properties ignored my two emails asking when the unit would be cleaned. The kitchen was extremely sparse. Needed lots of things for cooking. Checkin address was wrong so we ended up at the wrong building but a young man walked us down to our building three blocks away. There should be a check in sheet explaining things like how the safe works, etc. The rooftop lounge was wonderful. The balcony overlooking the street was a fun place to people watch.

Wouldn't stay again until showerhead was fixed

To start: we have been going to Mexico for over 25 years and have stayed in various places. Pros-1. The unit location was fabulous-close to everything and very walkable.2. The guys at the front desk were very helpful once we got in. The Property Owner sent us the code less than 24 hours before arrival and didn't give clear directions.3. Large water jug was available on site saving us from hauling water.4. Rooftop area is beautiful and quiet.Cons-1. The showerhead was broken and it sprayed water everywhere even over the shower door and I ended up using 2-3 large towels to prevent it from going all over the bathroom and out into the hall like it did the first time we used it. Had to do laundry each time we showered! 2. That's when we found out how how dirty the floors really were. The unit was surface cleaned, but lots of things were pretty dirty-like the tile backsplash in the kitchen, the corners and edges and all of the doors & doorframes had greasy fingerprints everywhere.2. I notified the Property Owner and NEVER got a response about the showerhead and besides it needs a regulator as the water goes from scalding to freezing without adjusting the handle.3. It's not exactly a one bedroom, rather more of an efficiency appartment as it has two double barn doors, but those were cumbersome and didn't do much for noise abatement. 3. Although the area is quiet, there was a lot of noise that echoed from the lobby area when people came in later in the evening.
