Fantastic

This was a convenient location and the condo itself was exceptional. The two bedrooms were located on opposite sides, providing privacy. The common area was spacious and very comfortable.

Not a true lake view

The property as a whole was good but we did have some issues. The description of the property was a lake view. I assumed the picture of the lake was the view from the property. It was not. If I leaned over the far end of the balcony I could get a view of the lake. The view is directly into another building and occupants bedrooms. The towels were musty. There was not enough light in the bedrooms. Each bedroom had 2 very small lamps on the nightstands. I had to use the flashlight on my cell phone to get items from the closet. Once the bedroom doors were closed the rooms got hot as there was no airflow.

Great service, comfortable and close!!

Loved staying at Natiivo in Austin. The customer service was fantastic and the accommodations were comfortable and close to our convention downtown. Weather came in strong and we extended our stay due to ice but was so glad we were in a condo instead of a hotel room. Will definitely book again!!

Great location and property

Very nice building next to Rainey. Close to the convention center. Only complaint was it has a nespresso coffee machine but no pods in the room or downstairs. Had to buy a Kuerig machine. Hopefully they will provide pods in the future.

Great place, unsafe parking

Our condo on the 29th floor or Natiivo Austin was beautiful. Good view, very clean, and great location. The room was quiet and had all the amenities we needed including towels for the stunning rooftop pool. Our only issue was with the parking. The building is valet parking only in their private parking garage. The first night we were there our vehicle was broken into. We came down to grab a couple of forgotten things to find one window completely shattered and on the ground and another with a giant hole and cracks all around.

New building

Nice sized two bedroom for 2 couples. I can’t see how six people would fit. New building and management needs to work out some kinks. Rooftop pool is a nice place to hang out, but no swimming.

Brand New Building and Great Location

The Naativo building is within walking distance of everything and is brand new. Our unit was very clean and the rooftop pool was incredible!
