Sleeping Arrangements:

-Management office hours: 9am-5pm Central Time every day (24/7 after hours maintenance contact will be provided upon check-in.)
-Dogs are welcome! Dogs must be housetrained. Dogs not allowed on any furniture. Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin. A pet fee of $75 per stay will be charged to help with the additional cleaning needed. This is automatically applied to your nightly rate if you select a pet as one of the guests.
-No third party reservations.
-Fires and open flames including candles are not allowed anywhere on the Premises except in the designated outdoor fire pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Guest will be charged a fine of $250 per occurrence for any open flames outside of designated areas.
-BYO charcoal, fire wood, matches, lighters etc. We can arrange for the delivery of these items and more for an additional fee. Message for more information.
-All three TVs are smart TVs. BYO passwords to log into your favorite streaming services.
-If you prefer a traditional coffee pot to a Keurig, one is provided but BYO coffee and filters.
-The water level in the creek can fluctuate depending on a number of factors.
-After booking, a link will be sent to digitally sign a rental agreement. This agreement must be signed before you will receive the property address and a door code. The name on the rental agreement must match the name on the credit card used to book.
-We have two outdoor security cameras on the property that will be on during your stay. One is on the front porch pointing away from the cabin toward the street. The other is on the far side of the cabin (opposite side from the fire pit area) pointing at the area where the air conditioning unit is.
