Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio . We are located minutes from the beach, Wynwood, Design District, Midtown and Downtown. Rockmoorvilla studio 3 has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. We have high speed wifi, gated parking a court yard, and charming decor. You will feel right at home with us. This is a great place if you are thinking of short trips or extended stay. Our full kitchen makes living easy. We are also located to many awesome foodie spots!

Large studio stylish space with manicured décor. Warm feeling that makes you want to stay in and cozy up in bed. This studio is unique that it has its own private rear entrance through the courtyard.

Guest have access to the building, parking and laundry. We ask all guest to respect residents and other guest in the building. Please let us know if you intend to have a visitors.

If you are looking to explore and like to have some recommendations from locals we will be more than happy to assist you! If you want to be left alone then we are fine with that as well!

Quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. Down the street there is the Haitian Cultural center with lots of shops and places to eat. The building is between to streets that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Also 10 minutes from South Beach!

If you will be checking in late let us know in advance. We try to be present for all check in's but understand that sometimes there will be late arrivals. If you have any special request please let us know.

great rental, totally worth the price

A nice, cheap rental in a neighborhood with easy access to other ones. Great communication and a comfy bed. Clearly put some effort into the decorations too

Well, that didn't go as planned...Hello ROACH...

Upon arrival observed that the neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges...Once inside, I observed only two hangers...I had business/dress clothes that needed hanging...I reached out to the host and they told me the lady on-site would bring some to my unit - Never Happened...I was busy 12-14hrs a day...After working all day on Tuesday, I came in, turned the bathroom lights on to find ROACHES in the bathroom and one on my TOOTHBRUSH...(See picture) I knocked the toothbrush to the floor and chased the other ROACH around the toothbrush holder (Cup) and killed it...I gathered my clothes and packed...I couldn't risk bringing anything home to my house...My wife would kill me...I booked a hotel and left early that morning...I reached out to, Dylan (Host) and I told him exactly what happened...I text him the pictures I had...We even spoke about what kind of ROACHES they were (German) and he apologized...After speaking for several minutes about the ROACHES he said he would refund me for my stay...I was surprised by his generosity and he reiterated that he was Sorry and would refund me...Well, to good to be true for his lack of HONESTY...Phone calls, text messages, picture text messages and voicemails were never returned nor was the refund he had stated...So, be prepared...He even stated that he and his brother own ten buildings and he understands the issue with ROACHES...I feel it wouldn't have been as bad if he would have told the truth and kept his word...

Wonderful, clean home

Our stay was great! They were very accommodating and even upgraded us to a place with a bigger bed! Would love to stay again next time I’m in Miami!
