Beautiful Chalet House +hot tub +sauna!

Lovely chalet in a quiet private community. Guests will have access to private community lake, beach, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Close to wineries, hiking, waterparks, ATV, horse-riding and!

The space

The house was build in 2012 on 0.75 acres lot and was always used part-time as vacation/weekend property.
Outside is a huge driveway that can comfortably fit up to 5 cars, hot tub and 2 outdoor swings. The back of the house has plenty of space for outdoor activities with kids.

The house has 3 levels and attached garage. On the first level you will find living room that can easily be converted into play room for kids, half bathroom with washer and dryer, one room with queen bed and separate room with bunk bed.

The second level has living room, kitchen, dining room with expendable table, bathroom and one bedroom with queen size bed. Off the second level is entrance to a huge outdoor porch with grill and outdoor table (seasonal). Propane fireplace in the living room will add comfort and coziness to your evenings here.

The third level has one bedroom with queen bed, separate room with a crib and nursing rocking chair, loft with 2 additional sleeping spaces (convertible couch) and dedicated working space, and a second full bathroom.

The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked especially staying with young kids. We were in the area specifically for a spartan race and the runners appreciated the sauna and hot tub as recovery tools. Communication was prompt, the lake and community amenities were beautiful and with so much to do in the area it was a great long weekend. We look forward to booking for winter activities in the area !

Great family rental!

We had an amazing time and Angelica was a wonderful host ! Great communication and awesome recommendations. Highly recommend visiting Hickory Run State park. The house was set up perfect for young children.

Beautiful property inside and out

This house is absolutely beautiful and clean both inside and out. Angelica is a wonderful host and it’s nice to know if we forget something, chances are it’s available in the house. Each bed had a towel folded with slippers and a dental packet which made it feel like an upscale hotel. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway in the Poconos with children. Simply put, this was one of the most kid-friendly places we’ve ever stayed. There was a nursery bedroom with a crib and changing station on the top floor, a fun-themed kids bedroom with a bunkbed in the basement, the basement had large beanbag chairs and plenty of games/books, the living room fireplace had foam protectors on the stone edge, and there were baby gates on the top/bottom of the main stairs up to the top floor bedrooms / loft area. The rear deck was a beautiful place to sit and relax (looking into the woods), the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. The host was very responsive to questions, and we would definitely consider renting this property again!

An Absolute Gem

This is a "must stay" in the Poconos. Beautifully appointed, with every detail thought of -- down to dryer balls, house slippers and even q-tips! This property is located conveniently near Lake and Skiing venues in a protected community that is simply teeming with wildlife. Its hot tub at the edge of the woods and indoor sauna add magnficent "apres-ski" activities or a wonderful retreat for cool spring, summer or fall evenings. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the fire pit on the deck was a popular spot every night for our group. As a host, Angelika is very communicative and helpful. She responds quickly to questions both pre-stay and even during our stay. Our group made lasting memories here and look forward to a return I could not recommend the place more highly.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, everything was perfect and extremely neat. We were supplied with everything we needed. Kitchen was very clean and the entire house was very organized. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Exceptional Weekend Getaway @The Chalet

Exceptional overall experience. From the time we arrived and saw the little dawn deer sleeping under the pine trees in the front yard, to the beautifully appointed Chalet, hot tub was epic, coffee on the deck talking for hours and followed the host recommendations to spend time hiking to see waterfalls, amazing Amish Farmers Market and surprisingly great wine at the Blue Ridge Winery coupled with live country music. Just an exceptional experience. Thank you.
