Notre maison loin de chez vous vous mènera de l'agitation de la vie quotidienne dans la tranquillité des forêts du Nord. Situé à environ. 70 miles au nord de Green Bay à Wausaukee, Wisconsin. Niché au cœur de plus de 24 acres de bois et offrant une façade privée de plus de ¼ de mile sur les immaculées Menominee River et Squaw Creek, vous échangerez immédiatement votre téléphone et votre ordinateur portable contre des chaussures de randonnée, un maillot de bain et un short!

Cette maison en rondins construite sur mesure de 3 000 pieds carrés à aire ouverte a été conçue pour notre famille, ne laissant aucun détail oublié. Vous trouverez 5 chambres, une mezzanine et 3 salles de bain complètes. La suite principale comprend sa propre salle de bain avec une superbe douche en pierre de taille et une chambre privée projetée en 3 saisons. Une grande terrasse hors de la grande salle vous permettra, à vous et à vos invités, de profiter de la sérénité du plein air. La cuisine moderne bien aménagée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable avec un grand coin-repas permet à vos amis et votre famille de se rassembler pour des repas faits maison. Coin repas avec pont arrière avec barbecue au charbon et table de pique-nique.

De plus, notre maison comprend un sous-sol avec une salle de jeux où votre famille peut profiter de jeux de société et de hockey sur air, ou vous détendre dans la section de cuir pour visionner un film sur grand écran. Cet espace confortable est la définition du confort et offre un espace supplémentaire pour s’étendre et se détendre. A également une cheminée à bois. Air climatisé et buanderie disponibles.

We loved all the small details and the scavenger hunt was a wonderful addition for the kiddos. We enjoyed our time on the water, having bonfires, playing games and traveling to see waterfalls. This rental was amazing! We booked for an annual ladies weekend and had so much fun. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for an Airbnb. I’ve never seen so many pillow, blankets & towels in a rental. We especially loved the walking trails and the game that comes along with them. Highly recommended.

Perfect cabin in the woods for our family of 7, which includes young adults, teens and elementary aged children. Fire pit was perfect for evening campfires. Beautiful riverfront property with trails. Lots of rooms with enough beds for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Lots of great options for games and the kids played a lot of ping pong too! We needed another two days here to enjoy it all. Loved the layout with the master bedroom/bath/screen porch and then kid along with downstairs hangout room for our older kids.

This property is fantastic. You can just relax & enjoy the northwoods. Or you can spend time exploring the trails, swim in the river, and check out the local waterfalls. We really enjoyed solving the puzzle hidden throughout the trails & saw plenty of deer while looking for clues. The AC worked great, even with a heat index over 100F. Plenty of room to spread out with a group of 7 adults. The caretaker, Brian, was quick to respond to requests. Our entire group loved this property & highly recommend! We hope to return soon.

The house was the perfect size for our large family weekend getaway. The water pressure for the showers was not the best and the shower set up off the master bedroom was made of field stone so we had to be careful using it so we didn’t bump into the rocks. There is a nice big balcony that we enjoyed at dusk playing cards. The beds were comfortable. We brought our kayaks to put into the river on the property, the area that was the easiest to put our kayaks in wasn’t cleared the best but we made it work. They had another option that had a ladder but we didn’t feel comfortable dragging the kayaks up and down the ladder. There was a nice trail around the property that was enjoyable to walk. The property manager was available for us if we needed anything or had any questions.

We had a great time with our family. The house was spacious and plenty of room for everyone. There was a hiccup checking but the host replied to me right way! It was nice having the river right off the property and the wood area to explore. We loved the little scavenger hunt that even had a prize at the end! I really enjoyed my morning coffee in the screened porch most mornings. This is one of our favorites for sure and hope to go back in the future!

We had a wonderful time during our second stay at this cabin. This time, instead of a girls' weekend, we came as a family. I knew when I was here in January that I also wanted to visit during summer. I needed to drink coffee and read on that screened in porch. I loved it! Brian, the manager, is amazing. He is incredibly kind and helpful. The cabin housed all 7 of us with room to spare. The teenagers enjoyed the tubing, scavenger hunt, and campfires while we were there. They played a lot of ping pong. We also explored area waterfalls. This was a great setting to spend time together as a family, allowing us to be both unplugged at times but able to tap back in to modern comforts during other times. I definitely recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We (a group of grown women) had a blast traipsing through the snow to complete the scavenger hunt. We enjoyed resting, running, and reconnecting in a gorgeous setting.

It started off not great. They asked us to check in later, not a problem. Once we got there, the code that they gave us didn’t work, which was also not a problem. Tried for an hour to contact Joseph with no luck. When we finally heard from him, he told us that the code was a different one that was given and to contact Brian the caretaker. It was very frustrating and it would’ve been nice to know before checking in. HOWEVER, after we finally got in it was smooth sailing. The house was clean and well organized. We were so surprised with how many kid toys and games they had! They thought of everything. The kids loved playing in the “tree fort”, enough rooms and beds for everyone, extra towels and blankets. We would definitely love to come back!

We searched for the perfect 2nd home for 2 years. Our first thought was to be on a lake until we found the 29 acres with 1/4 mile of frontage. We are able to go boating, fishing and 4 wheeling without being crowed on the lake. We all love to go tubing, you start at the Chalk Hill Dam and float for an 1 1/2 and end up right at our place, it's our own little lazy river. We also love to take nature hikes through the woods or just long walks through the trails. This has been a great place for us to create new memories with our family and friends.

We found this property and fell in love with all the seasonal changes. We thought it was going to be a place we would visit mostly in the summer but found that there was something special each season we didn't want to miss. We found ourselves entertaining there more than we did at home. It is such a great escape.

We enjoy relaxing by the second fire pit down by the river watching the Bald Eagles flying by. When they fly low to the water, you can see their reflection while swooping down for a fish.
