Splash in The New Lazy River/Stay in Modern Luxury Encantame C-603

Lavish location that has a private beach feeling. Intimate and exceptional. This 1 bedroom condominium at Encantame Towers soars above the rest. Valero is the first Tower at the development, and you are centered over the expansive, pristine pool area. A sea of chaise lounges with umbrellas meets the clear sand at Playa Encanto. Santo Coyote provides great drinks, food, and atmosphere at the swim up bar, as well as room service. There are shallow pool areas for the kids, along with two large jacuzzis.

Crisp and white, the unit makes a comfortable space to enjoy Rocky Point beach vacation. The kitchen has fully modern and new appliances, a great large counter work space, along with bar stool seating. To the side is a utility room with sink, washer, and dryer.

The main room is tasteful, with a large L shaped sofa. A double sliding door helps bring the outside world in. Wicker seating on the patio makes a great spot to take in the incredible views.

Wonderful Week!

We had an amazing time staying in this condo and relaxing at this property! Originally booked 3 nights, added two more after the first night, then one more because we didn't want to go home! It was a "working" vacation for us and it was a breeze to connect with our customers due to the perfect WiFi in our condo. Can't wait to come back with our kids!

Encantame disappointed, no heated pools!! Only Jacuzzi !

I was looking to our annual trip. We have stayed in many places . We were excited on trying something new. We were Aware it would take roughly 20 minutes to get into town. First, when we checked in the check-in process was smooth. We asked for assistance with our luggage, They advised us there was no one there to do so Due to cutbacks. Also made us aware there would be no daily made service only once and three days and they would throw out trash, no replacement of towels . We would have to wash them daily. OK fine we’ll wash them. The only way to get a towel for the pool would be to rent one at five dollars a day. When we went to go rent some towels, there was no one there due to cutbacks You were not allowed to take a cooler to the pool. Only if you’re an owner.. It states heated pools.. It is not :(several people told us. They only turned it on in December. The first day one of the cabinets in the kitchen fell down. I called them. They came up to fix it. The next day it fell again. I had to reach out to them three separate times they mentioned to me they had no one to come and repair it till the following day.. The bed was absolutely horrible hard and Squeaking. No Fitted sheets only flat. The pillows were for a full bed, not a king. The pillows were horrible. No ceiling fans So we had to keep it super cold in order to have air circulating. They had a coffee maker, no filters. We had to go out and buy a flyswatter. The sofa was comfortable, but it squeaked..

Beautiful Resort!

My wife and I had a great time celebrating our 10 year anniversary at this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and would love to stay at Encantame Towers again in the future!

Our first trip

This was my boyfriend and I first trip to playa encanto together ❀ everything in this condo was amazing! And beautiful! I definitely want to come back to this one! The bed is so comfortable! And just a charming place. The only unpleasant experience was with the service at the pool bar but ither than that everything was perfect!

Wonderful stay but the bed was garbage

We love it here at this resort... It's beautiful and a lot of fun. We unfortunately had stayed in this condo before, where I'd complained about how broken and bad the mattress was... Come to find out, it's still the same super bad mattress nearly a year later! Other than that, our stay was first rate.

Beautiful

We have stayed all over rocky point and this resort is one the top 5 . The roof top pool was stunning . We visited in Feb so things weren’t running at full speed because it’s the off season but the staff was very kind and so helpful. I would say only con of the trip was food and drinks were on the high end side even just by the pool . The condo was perfect for the two of us or if u had two young children who slept on the couch it would work .

Neat!

My partner and I stayed here for the first time and we really enjoyed it. The resort is one of the best at Puerto Penasco, very fun, clean, and enjoyable. The apartment is very well furnished, everything was clean and in good condition. I give the overall rating a 4 stars because of the bed. I read in the reviews that the bed was uncomfortable, but didn't really think it would be a big deal. However, the bed's frame for some reason is too noisy, to the point where if you flip around in your sleep you will wake yourself up and your partner. Only reason I am giving this feedback is because my partner and I really like this place, and would love to come back, but would like to have a better bed to sleep on. I recommend the owners to invest in a new bed, I feel like it is a small investment that will make this property perfect, and the go to property for everyone!

Wonderful Condo, spacious, clean, everything you need to prepare meals beautiful beaches, wonderful lazy river, water slide pools the only drawback they need to turn the music down at the bar over the main pool way too loud otherwise great place.

Very clean, modern and gorgeous property! Staff extremely friendly & helpful! We had our vehicle's custom radio antenna stolen in the parking garage which was really annoying but, its bad people not the resort to blame really. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely recommend!

Beautiful property

We go to Rocky point 2-3 times a year . Hands down the nicest, cleanest property with very friendly and helpful staff . I have to admit I didn’t like the the bed, the couch was more comfortable but I’d still give it 5 stars

CONS: 1. Terrible mattress 2. Bed frame was not sturdy, headboard was loose and made noises 3. A flat sheet was used instead of a fitted 4. No kitchen dish towels 5. Outdoor furniture was cheap and uncomfortable 6. Outdoor chair was falling apart 7. BEWARE: this unit could never accommodate 4 people. No pull out sofa PROS: 1. Very clean, beautiful views 2. Relaxing getaway

Property was beautiful and meticulously clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our only yucky moments were watching folks walk their dogs on the beach and not pick up the piles. I love dogs but this was disgusting.
