He was nothing but great , room was nice , bed was super comfortable.it was thanksgiving weekend and when we arrived, there was a sign wishing us a happy Thanksgiving along with brownies. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and the host Thomas was great , didn’t have to deal with the check in process. I had text him several times regarding recommendations etc and he text me right back

Beach Condo

We had such a great time! The place is beach theme and very clean. Bed is super comfortable. Thomas provided great suggestions for food and was a good host for me and my family. Thank you for a wonderful and safe place to stay.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL

Thomas's hospitality has left us SPEECHLESS. Condo EXACTLY as pictured. CLEAN & THE VIEW OMG. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, met us in the parking lot, walked us to the condo, & had a birthday cake for me in the fridge. Wowwww Ffridgearrived.

Wondderful Experience

Last weekend my wife and I stayed at 510 E at the Sonoran Sun. This was an amazing stay. Before we even left Thomas and I spoke and he made the trip down to Rocky Point easy. Any time you drive in Mexico it can be a little sketchy but he provided information to make it a seamless drive. Once we arrived at the resort we had our first interaction with the staff, they were very friendly and informative throughout our visit. One thing I was really blown away by, was that as soon as you enter the unit you can see the ocean. The unit was very clean and impressive. If you enjoy the ocean this is a fantastic place to stay. There are some great restaurants nearby, we ate several meals at a Tiki bar just to the west that you can walk too. Overall this is a great place to stay. I've stayed at numerous vacation rentals but have never encountered a host like Thomas

Beautiful Condo

This is a beautifully decorated condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean and pool area. Thomas is a great host. He touched base ahead of time to make sure we were well prepared for our stay. This was our first time in Puerto Penasco so he also provided restaurant recommendations. He was available throughout our stay by phone and responded immediately with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Great condo in puerto Penasco

I want to thank Thomas for letting us stay in his beautiful condo very well stocked - coffee pods, water, cleaning stuff and wonderful bed. I will definitely return to his condo. He had spices and kitchen items available to use. Such a wonderful and gracious host. He calls to introduce himself prior to our trip.

5 Star Beachfront Views

This Beachfront condo was 5 Star!! And our host Thomas was a 10. He called to introduce himself and talk a little bit about Puerto Penasco, and the resort. He was so helpful and informative. This was our first time visiting and it was such a great experience thanks to our host. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The patio was perfect for my first cup of coffee on the lounge chair and the view was 5 Star! The resort was very nice, the pool was perfect with a swim up bar and there was always space to relax under a palapa on the beach. We cant wait to go back. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

overall the trip was very nice like all resorts the walls aren't as thick as they could be so the people next to you seem to be a little loud you definitely heard it other than that no complaints whatsoever

The condo was clean and well kept.The property was updated and cozy .the beach decor made us feel like we were at an ocean getaway.the other intangibles were things like the master bedroom bed,pullout couch which was adequate for two kids,filtered water,dish soap,hand soap,even ice in the freezer for your beverages!Thomas was very accommodating and we will be back!

Condo was small one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry, neat, clean, great view of the sea, walking distance to the beach. 20 minute drive to Malecon, 15 minute drive to Cholla Mall strip, pool was well kept, security guards polite, in general everything was beautiful and wonderful. The Host was amazing in answering all of my questions and was very much in contact when needed. We will definitely return!!!

Perfect Getaway Spot!

This charming condo deserves every 5 star review! The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of our stay here and communication with the owner was seamless. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the decor is very well done, and all the extra touches (such as a water dispenser) are thoughtful. Oh... and did I mention the view?! Overall, just a great stay in a fabulous place.

Looking for a calm, quiet beach location? THIS IS THE PLACE!

If you want a loud beach location with all the Spring Breakers and vacationers, this is not the place for you! Thomas is attentive and capable of resolving any issues and the property is appropriately decorated and comfortably adorned with just the right amenities. Comfortable bed and linens along with close access to the pools. Recommend this 100/100!

Great trip - Wonderful Customer Service

This rental is a find! Clean, comfortable (the mattress is superb), exactly as described. The resort is well maintained and felt very safe. What separates this rental , however, is the owner. Tom knows the meaning and value of customer service. Helpful, available, knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever would enhance our experience. We expect to return in the future.
