Overall we had a good time, seems some things were not restocked no sugar, stove top was dirty, pots and pans can use upgrade the bottom of pans were melting to stove top, restroom toilet chain kept coming off handle causing flushing issues. Recliner was stuck had to unstick from bottom to use properly. Shower liner kept peeling from bottom and getting into shower floor while in use.

Great place to stay!

We stayed 4 nights in this cabin. The kitchen was nicely stocked with necessities if you’d like to cook there instead of eating out. The only thing that was sort of unpleasant was there was only 5 towels and washcloths for 4 people. So next time I’d maybe bring some from home to keep from washing daily. The beds were awesome!!! Slept so good!It was a bit of a squeeze from one side of the bed to the bathroom. But not a deal breaker for us. Would stay here again most definitely!

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the game area and the hot tub. It is right beside a creek which was great. Would stay here again.

Cozy place!

We had a great stay! Shelby was amazing to deal with and very responsive!! The cabin was easy to access and very comfortable for my family of 3! My son loved the game room! We will stay again!

Nice get-away

Location was close to everything. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Family really enjoyed the game room. Shelby was an excellent host.

Awesome!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this cabin. Beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, and it was just a short drive away from the middle of Pigeon Forge. Shelby was really awesome! Would definitely use this cabin again!

Spring Break Getaway!!!

We absolutely loved this cabin in this neighborhood. It was centralized to all of the activities we wanted to do, quiet and relaxing. The retro games upstairs were the biggest hit with our 8 and 11 year old and with my husband too. It was a great place to relax after activities. Beds are comfortable. The hose sent the easiest information to follow for check in and we checked out all of her recommendations for shopping and eating they were delicious. We would definitely come back again.

Smokey mountain get-away

The property owner provided great check-in directions. We enjoyed the 2 local restaurants that were recommended. Plenty of kitchen wares and a great supply of towels. A little hard to hear the babbling brook due to the nearby road noise (of course, the owner can't change that) Otherwise the property is quiet and secluded, yet easy to get to all the Pigeon Forge and National Park activities.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Check in was very easy. Pros-great location with easy access. Plenty of parking. Cons- the home was very small inside, there was a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom that had maybe a foot of space between the bedpost and wall to squeeze through to get to the bathroom from the other side of the bed. The cabin wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The floor was probably swept but definitely not clean/mopped in a while. I had on new white socks that were completely filthy by the time a walked from the bedroom to the living area to put on my shoes. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly. We found crumbs and whole chocolate chips on the counter. When I opened the oven charred food fell out and hit my foot. The dishes in the cabinets and drawers still had food stuck to them. There wasn’t even a pan big enough to cook a frozen pizza. The cleaning crew needs to do way better. The water was switched on the washing machine, we figured it out after the first load of clothes were so hot and steaming from how hot the water was on the cold selection, you could barely handle them to put them in the dryer. The house is very very dark. There needs to be more lighting in the kitchen. We had to use a small desk lamp (which the cord was cut through, at the plug, so an electrocution fear when handled )and take the lamp shade off to be able to see to cook on the stove. The light over the stove did not work, the outlets near the stove also did not work and the light in the oven did not work.

Best cabin and owners!!!

This was the best stay. Perfect cabin. Perfect location. Very very clean. Small issue when we checked in. Nothing major that effected our stay. But the owners had it fixed immediately!! We will be back!

Great location, cozy

Location is great, cabin is on smaller side but very nice and clean and well stocked, my son loved the arcade games, hot tob was great, host was very accommodating and answered messages quickly. Only issue we had is doors to downstairs bedroom are small and my mil's walker would not fit thru we had to help her to bed and bathroom, the bed in the downstairs bedroom is to large and bulky for the room making it hard to get around. Would recommend a smaller less bulky head and footboard. To fix issue.
