The Best for a Big Group

We had 10 of us there this weekend. Planned on more but everyone kept complimenting on how nice this place was. Spacious and all the little things are there. We are planning on staying again.

Guys trip

We stayed in the red walleye with 20 adults more then enough room for sleeping and lounging. Very good location close the the casino, right on the utv/snowmobile trail and golf course. We had a blast house was clean with nice amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Golfing Weekend

Clean property with nice bathrooms and enough space to accommodate a larger group. Located on a golf course and equipped with lawn games. Near groceries and restaurants. Host was kind and very responsive. Great weekend.

Great house!

We had a wonderful Christmas celebration at this house! 19 people fit comfortably! There were enough beds and linens, the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, and everything was clean. Thanks so much!

Awesome place with tons of space!

We brought a bachelor party of 20 up for the weekend to golf and hit up the casino. This place could not be in a more convenient location for that plan. Plenty of beds, an awesome kitchen/dining/living area, and plenty of bathrooms for lots of people. 10/10 recommend.

NYE Proposal

A large group of friends and I were able to fit cozily in this well made location. There was plenty of dining and kitchen space which made making our own meals possible and fun. It proved to be the perfect setting for an intimate proposal with my girlfriend and friends. Great place to get some peace and quiet.

We are a family of 3 plus 2 dogs, currently living in Minneapolis, MN. We love the outdoors and owning properties in small towns that have a lot of outdoor activities. Our biggest passion is mountain biking, but of course we also love swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, hiking, skiing, climbing, snowmobiling, ATVing, and lounging outside.

The Red Walleye is as centrally located as it gets, and able to meet the needs of a wide range of travelers!

The home is located on Big Fish Golf course, which was built by a renowned golf architect and is one of the top golf courses in WI.

We're walking distance to the golf clubhouse, Dye Hards Restaurant, and Mulligan's Pub, which is situated between holes #9 and 10 with great views of the golf course.

The ATV, UTV, and snowmobile trails are right next to the house. You can hop on your motor vehicle of choice and take off on the trails directly from the Red Walleye driveway.

SevenWind's Casino is within walking distance, with hundreds of games and a full menu at Kinnikkinnik Basket restaurant.

It is a short drive to downtown Hayward, where you can pop into all the local shops offering taffy, fudge, popcorn, icecream, gifts, and antiques.

The closest CAMBA mountain bike trailhead is within a 10 minute drive. The CAMBA area totals over 130 miles of dedicated trail, and over 200 miles of mapped gravel routes.

Also a short drive away is the Birkebeiner (Birkie) Trail System, 100+ kilometers of groomed ski trail, and is great for hiking in the warmer weather months.

The Red Walleye sits a short drive between Round Lake and Grindstone Lake, two of the area's largest lakes, great for fishing, boating, swimming, and other water sports. Hayward Lake, Murray Lake, and many local water systems are also close by.

Also popular in the area is canoeing, kayaking, and tubing of the local Namekagon River!
