Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable beds, clean home and spa for relaxing. Private back patio area with a grill to enjoy your vacation.
This home is located only 5minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes from Disney, and about 1hr from Bush Gardens and Universal.
Winter Haven is also know for one of the largest chain of lakes in Florida. There are jet ski rentals and boat rentals near by to enjoy and relax on the water.
At this home we do offer during stay cleaning services and we offer pet sitting as well, these additional accommodations are $45each/per visit and must be requested 1-2 weeks before arrival.
We offer complimentary coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Bathrooms we have some women products, shampoo and conditioner, body soaps and more. We do not ask our renters to start any wash for us but we do leave you with detergents to do your laundry if you wish.

We loved our stay here! Location is perfect to go to Legoland. Beds were more comfortable than our own! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Would stay here again if we come back to the area. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. There were plenty of towels and toiletries which was very appreciated with 6 people staying.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay here for my family’s trip to Legoland. It looks exactly as advertised. It is clean and well organized, fully stocked with everything you would need, and 7 min down the street to Legoland. We will definitely stay again! A wonderful experience!

We had an awesome stay, the house had a great layout. Looked just like the pictures posted!! The outside screened patio was great. A huge plus was the location to LegoLand. Communication was great and whenever anything came up, responses were quick.

Comfy, cozy home

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. The kitchen and living spaces were great for having family over and entertaining. We also greatly enjoyed the screened-in porch and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this house as a great place to stay in central Florida.

Perfect for Legoland Trip!

Stay here. You will not be disappointed! We came to Winter Haven to visit Legoland and Peppa Pig theme parks. This house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

We were in the area for my son's baseball tournament and this home helped make our trip comfortable and fun. The house is very clean and very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and was always available to us. The home had everything we needed while we were away. I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Great Home I Would Stay In Again !!!

From the minute I booked the Kim's home, the communication was great. I had to adjust the trip dates twice and that prices was seemless with her. The neighborhood is great and quiet. It is literally minutes from Legoland. The home was clean, spacious, and the whole family loved it. Thank you Kim and we will be back.

Most Amazing

This vacation home has more than what is to be expected. Extra soap for laundry dishwasher bathrooms etc. Comfortable beds super clean and new! Newly remodeled home and well decorated. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Pet friendly was also a huge plus with a fenced backyard. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Helpful and responsive host that gave me her cell phone number. Ideal for any emergencies or questions.

Christmas in Winter Haven

Upon entering the property host had put up a Christmas tree and had stockings filled with surprises for our grandkids. We were staying there visiting family for Christmas. Place was very clean and host was quick to respond with concerns. Overall a very pleasant trip.

Home away from home!

This property is conveniently located near Legoland. We came to also visit family in the area as well and so it worked out perfectly. The property is exactly as described and is so comfortable and clean. Kimberley is a wonderful host and made sure everything was taken care of. She is also very communicative in a super timely manor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to returning whenever we are coming to the area. I highly recommend this home.
