Enjoy a stylish stay in a completely renovated historic home. Centrally located, it is 5 blocks from the parade route on St Charles Ave and 10 minute drive to French Quarter. 5 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms

The Neighborhood:
Located in up and coming uptown central city. 5 Blocks from St Charles ave Street car. Easy access and short drive to French Quarter.

Getting Around:
Easy to navigate on foot or bike. Street Car access at St Charles 5 Blocks away. Lyft/Uber/Cab always convenient.

Other Things to Note:
- There is a 3.5% charge on bookings made through home away & our website to cover payment processing fees that cannot be returned in the event a cancellation is necessary.
- Our property is located directly next to a residential neighborhood. We are required to enforce the city’s noise ordinance which does not permit excessive noise outside after 10PM.
- We cannot accommodate bachelorette/ bachelor parties or anything similar. No Parties, Events, Smoking or Pets. Cannot invite guests to the property that are not part of the booking reservation.
- Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check Out-Time is 11:00 AM.

We were a family of parents, kids and grandkids (14 was youngest). This place was PERFECT! I rent VRBO often and all over the world. This is darned near perfect. Most people come to NOLA to eat. We cooked and wished for a bit better appointed kitchen (sharper knives, serving utensils, 
) and a grab bar in the downstairs bathroom for us older folks are only suggestions. Kudos for a VERY stress free stay. Thank you very much.

Perfect for our business trip

The property had more than enough space for our group of 4 business travelers. The communication with Craig was fast and friendly. The property is accurately represented in the photos - everything is new, clean and top condition. The location was convenient for our purposes.

Great stay close to the bus stop

If you are planning on using public transportation you cannot beat having a bus stop right outside the house! A short walk to the street cars too! Overall the house fit our needs well and we enjoyed a great family vacation there.

Nice, large home for bigger groups!

There were 7 of us and the home was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a huge tv for comfort. The communication with the owner was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed and any questions he was available to ask. Would stay here again !

Fantastic

We booked this for a bachelorette party in NOLA and it was a fantastic experience. Communication was great check in was fast and easy and the place was gorgeous, homey, absolutely perfect. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again when traveling with larger parties.

Natives coming home

My sister and our families came back to town for a wedding and a funeral. The location was good, the neighborhood was good, the house was spacious, and full of old New Orleans charm. Craig was very responsive and made us feel at ease.

Pretty Fantastic Time in New Orleans!

This property was perfect for my group. The house is beautiful and has tons of space. The property manager was in communication with us the whole time and made everything super easy. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we just Ubered everywhere and all was well!

Perfect getaway

This house had the perfect space for our group. Pretty much a 15 min drive to every thing. Would definitely use this property again. Sheets smelled nice & fresh, owner was very attentive & communicated with me right away when I needed it. Thank you!

Would give 10 stars if I could!

This is an amazing property!! So much room for lots of guests. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other and everyone had their own space. The gated parking spot was fantastic and there was always street parking around the block for our other cars. So clean and all the necessities were provided! The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we were having a good time. Can't wait to book this property again!

Great house- central location

This house was perfect for 8 adults coming for the jazz festival. We requested chairs for the jazz festival which they kindly provided. They brought kitchen towels and a broom when we requested.Be aware this house fronts up to a busy street - so there is traffic noise. For those who are sensitive to that it could be problematic- it was not in the least for us. All we wanted were comfortable beds and great sleeping situations for the 8 of us and it was perfect!!

Nice house on the inside in a horrible neighborhood

Nice renovated house on the inside but the neighborhood was an absolute nightmare! Drug & gang dealers hanging around every block. People laying around on the ground at the store across the street high off drugs etc. Nice house but the community would make it a no to return for me.

Best on the block

Stunning home on an up and coming street. Perfect for larger groups. Lots of space and tastefully decorated. Communication, check in and check out were a breeze. In a busy city like Nola, the secure gated parking was a game changer.

Beautiful house!

The house is just like in the pictures. Sooo clean and spacious. My friends and I loved it. Recommend bringing eye masks for sleeping because the first floor bedroom was SUPER bright in the morning!

Birthday Getaway

Celebrated my birthday with friends. Eight of us stayed there. Plenty of room and very clean. Felt safe there even though the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Overall I would recommend it.
