This house boasts 4 full sleeping areas, open living room that flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, furnished 3-season porch, wash and dryer, and large backyard for socializing. 5 minute drive to SPAC and state park and 10 minute drive to Historic Saratoga Race Course and downtown. 15 minute drive to Saratoga Lake to enjoy kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing, swimming or just relaxing by the water!

Fantastic Location/Property

We come every year around this time with 6-8 of us for family trip. Great location short 8-10 min ride to town. Nice little town Ballston Spa just down the road as well. Will def look to keep booking this property.

Quiet Getaway

The house was in a perfect location for visiting the racetrack and downtown Saratoga, as well as a quick trip up to Lake George. Quiet neighborhood made it a nice getaway. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property

The house was extremely clean, and as advertised. The whole experience was very simple and communication with the owner was excellent. The location was a short ride to the track, casino, and downtown.

Labor Day 2022

We have been coming to Saratoga every Labor Day for 15 years and this was hands down the best property we stayed at both cost wise and cleanliness wise. Location was great as well. Short 8-10 minute drive to town/track also a quick drive down to Ballston Spa as well. Check in/check out very easy as well. Will definitely look to come back to this property in the coming years if available.

Recommended for anyone with a family!

We had a holdover beteeen moving into our new house and booked. Well there was a plumbing issue and we had to extend our stay. Mike was great! So accomodating and kind!
