Ceci est une chambre 3, 2 salles de bain appartement récemment mis à jour dans le centre-ville de Saratoga Springs. L'appartement est situé sur un bloc tranquille avec 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes en voiture de l'hippodrome de Saratoga. A great stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and close to the center of town. We walked everywhere. Saratoga Springs is fun town. We will definitely come back and rent this apt again. Really a nice spot.

Everything was clean and in good condition, and the layout was perfect. We didn’t need the third bedroom, but all the bedrooms were a nice size. Towels were ready on the beds and in the bathrooms. Thanks to the hosts for good directions for parking and for access to the property. Hope to come again!

It was easy to find the unit and park; the neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown Saratoga Springs. Everything was in working order, and the beds were good.Internet and TV worked fine and were easy to connect to.The hosts answered our messages quickly and were easy to deal with.

This apartment could not have been more perfect for my husband and I and my college roommate and her partner. It was big enough that each couple had their own space and the shared space was comfortable for four people. We could walk to the downtown very easily. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

We had a great stay! Location was perfect. Short walk to Broadway and the track. Property was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the beds were squeaky. So being a light sleeper, I heard every move my husband made. But next time I'll just bring ear plugs:)

Another great stay at Dave and Laura’s

This was our second time staying at Dave and Laura’s. Our group was 6 of us ( 3 couples) and the 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for us. Since we stayed last year, they have made a few updates, which shows they are consistently investing in this property. The property is conveniently located walking distance downtown shops and restaurants, which is why we loved the place. Check in was easy and the hosts followed up to see if there was anything we needed.
