One of the nicest block where every home is > $1M. This is highest point in the entire FAMILY RESORT TOWN!

THE SPACE

Our beautiful beach home is fully gut renovated with new furnishings, beautifully decorated and make you feel at home. If you are looking to energize, reconnect with family and de-stress this is the place. Relax yourself in our beach home that’s located on a prime ocean block , 9th home from the beach & boardwalk; close to everything that this beautiful family resort town has to offer.

This stunning beach oasis is 2 stories with sun room and 3 bedrooms along with laundry in unit.

- We have new Smart TV's
- Kitchen is fully equipped.
- Sleep Comfortably with our luxurious down-like hypo-allergenic pillows.
- Every Decor & furnishing is hand picked with comfort in mind.
- We provide 1 off street parking and street parking is free. No need to take your car out until you are ready to get back to your busy life.

On a side note, if you are planning for brithday parties or family reunions with big group, this complex has 3 other condos each with 3 bedroom. Please contact us for more details.

- Patio / Outdoor showers are communal that includes outdoor seating & barbeque grills.
- There is a private Sun room and also a patio with seating area & barbecue grill
- We are very friendly and we are looking forward to host laid-back and easy going guests only.
- CLEANING : We have 2 cleaning crews who take the pride in getting your units ready and they are very meticulous in what they do. However, they are humans too and should you not be satisfied, you are welcome to call us within 2 hrs of your check in and We shall have them come back to reclean your property. Again, this is a vacation property at beach. Please come to relax and enjoy.
Our goal is to make your stay memorable, comfortable and plain just relaxation. We will try our best to help you with any questions you may have. Enjoy your Stay!

Other Details to note

- No Loud music or parties of any kind
- Please be honest about number of people, overcrowding is frowned upon and pls do not invite over friends who doesnt stay at our property, if you do, You shall be escorted out without refund.
- Should you leave the property in extreme messy condition, your security deposit shall be withheld.
- Town is pretty strict about Garbage and recycle. Bottles / cans / recyclables goes directly into the colored container with no bags and general trash to be bagged in black trash bags and placed in black containers. Any violations would lead to a ticket from the town that’s a responsibilities of the guest.
- Any reservations more than 2 weeks MUST avail our bi monthly cleaning service @ 50% of the cleaning fees. This extra charge will be sent thru Airbnb

- WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWEL SERVICE.

NEIGHBORHOOD

6th Ave in seaside park is the most sought after prime location, which is centrally located to town, walkable to department stores, several restaurants, bakeries , bay beach, toddler bay beach. Very quiet beach block , stones throw away from beach. This is a FAMILY RESORT TOWN, very family friendly and you can rent bikes , if you forgot to bring yours.

Getting Around

We provide 1 Off street parking, while street parking is free. Pretty much everything is walkable or you can bike around. If you like, you can rent a bike within 2 min walk as well.

Property was dated. Kishore was responsive to any issues we had. Easy access to beach. Adequate parking. Dryer was broken. About a mile off the main seaside boardwalk.

Family Beach Vacation
We vacation to Seaside Park almost every year and we were excited to stay at this rental because of the location. Many things went well, but there were quite a few issues we faced as well. The Good: -There was some minor recent updating (paint, flooring, TVs). -The location was great, and exactly where we like to be. Close to B&B and the Park Bakery. - There was plenty of space for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teenagers). - The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. The Bad: - Cleanliness: The unit appeared clean at first glance when we arrived, but all of the beds we used had some sand and clues that the linens hadn't be properly cleaned/washed. The outdoor LP grill was covered in sauce and used dirty tools were still outside. Each evening there was a springtail infestation (tiny fly like insects everywhere) in the downstairs level and upstairs bathroom for most of the week. The outside sitting area had weeds growing about knee high throughout the pebble/stone landscaped sitting area. - Air conditioning: The only air conditioning was 1 window unit on lower level, and all 3 bedrooms were portable units. The portables reduced the available space in the already small bedrooms. One of the portable units stopped working on the 2nd day we were there. This one was on an extension cord out to the hall because of an electrical issue that was identified previously but not fixed. That A/C was replaced next day but I also had to assist the maintenance lady to get it up to the 2nd floor. - Laundry in unit: The washer worked fine but the dryer did not (no heat). We were lucky that the unit next door was vacant and we were able to dry our laundry there (no line outside). - Expensive: This rental compared to others comparable was very high in price. We were aware and ok with that when booking (there was limited availability for the week we wanted) but we expected a nicer experience and less headaches than we faced for that price. Lastly around day 3 we called to speak with VRBO customer service just to see what our options were and if they could offer any assistance related to all the issues we were facing. After a few transfers and being on hold for an hour the call dropped and they left a message saying our claim was denied (keep in mind we didn't file any claim, we were only looking for assistance on how to properly handle the constant issues we were facing). Very disappointed with their lack of service.

Great owner
Kishore kumar is a great owner. Responsive He and I discussed Ways to improve some items like ac venting and outdoor showers. Both are scheduled for upgrade this fall. As is a safety motion detector light for outside walkway for unit 4. Would rent again from Kishore. Great location. Walking distance to an excellent bakery. A liquor store. A coffee and smotghievolace. Came five minutes from classic New Jersey shore eateries.
