Welcome to River Watch 4, an AvantStay home!

Luxury condominium located at the base of the free Gondola and Lift 8 - one of the best locations in town. River Watch 4 is sure to please the most discerning travelers.

You enter this condo into a large ground-level foyer. To your immediate left is a half bath, and to your right is access to the private garage, where you can also find the full-size washer and dryer. Directly in front of you is a half flight of stairs leading you to the great room and kitchen. The living room features large vaulted ceilings, leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and 32” flat-screen TV with DVD player. Off the living room is a private deck with views of the San Miguel River and a table for dining al fresco for four. The gourmet kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining room is furnished with a large table and seating for six.

Downstairs from the living room, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed equipped with a new memory foam topper and 18” flat-screen TV. There is a private bathroom with a luxurious steam shower, jetted tub and double sinks. At the end of the hall, there is a door that takes you out to another patio where a private hot tub sits right next to the San Miguel River.

Up another half flight of stairs from the living room is a hallway leading to a full bathroom and the second bedroom, also equipped with a new memory foam topper. The bathroom is complete with a large steam shower with multiple showerheads. In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub.

On the top level is the loft, open to the living room below, with a double sofa sleeper. Continuing up the last half flight of stairs is the third bedroom. Perfect for children and young adults, this room has two sets of twin bunks. One set is custom-built into the wall, the other a traditional bunk bed. Keep in mind three of the beds are only accessible by ladder.

River Watch 4 is located in a quiet, residential community, making it perfect for guests who appreciate peace and quiet.

- No parties, events, or large group gatherings. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home does not have AC.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please do not wander about the back deck areas, as each home has its own space. The beams between the two hot tubs are a good indicator of where the property line ends.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Spacious and a Great Location
Plenty of room for our party of 7. Great location! A three minute walk to the gondola with access to Telluride Mountain Village in 10-12 minutes. Responsive host. Full kitchen. Could use some more water glasses not goblets. Beds and towels could be improved. Maybe add some hot tub towels? Thanks for a great week!

Great place, great stay.
Location Location Location - close to the gondola. ski shop and downtown. The property was large enough for 7 people - did not feel crowded at all and I think for a week's stay it's nice for everyone to have their own space. Well-appointed kitchen - had everything we needed.

Perfect Location
We had 7 adults on our winter ski trip and there was plenty of room for us all. Perfect location to everything in town and a short walk to the Gondola to hit the slopes or enjoy Mountain Village. Definitely plan on a return stay!!

Telluride Perfection
We took our six kids for the week and stayed at the perfect location, not only for its convenient location, right next to the gondola, but for its tranquil environment and ambiance. They had everything you could need. The kids all had their own bed to sleep in so drama was nil. Being right on the creak was heavenly. The property manager was super easy to deal with with wonderful customer service. We definitely look forward to dealing with this management company again and can’t wait to go back and stay at this property. We found an absolute winner.
