Great spot for a family stay

We only stayed one night but Nancy was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The property was clean, cozy and in a nice location. We would stay here again!

Best Dog Stay

So much better than a hotel . Fenced backyard, safe neighborhood for walking the dogs, and a dog area right across the street! It was perfect for our stay as we needed a pit stop halfway to Arizona.

The house was very neat and clean, perfect for the stay. The large backyard was a real plus for my dogs.

Everything was exactly as shown. Great area, clean, and close to several golf courses. Was a perfect place to relax after a day of golf.

Great stay

Nancy is a great host. She is flexible, accommodating and responsive. The property is in great shape: clean, tidy, spacious and full of amenities. My daughter and I enjoyed the stay and will use the this place when return to the area next time.

Nicely appointed, including a much needed extension cable. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for four adults. Comfortable bedding. Plenty of towels and coffee pods.

Coachelle, CA get away

We were welcomed with a garage to park our car in and a very clean and welcoming home. The 4 bedrooms were a good fit for our group. Internet was down upon arrival but Owner was very responsive in resolving the issue. Would come here again in the future if we come to this area.

Short stay

Over all was exactly what we needed. The pictures match the listing. The host was able to let us check in a little early to accommodate us. This helped us to get ready for a wedding we were attending. Very easy to talk to. Over all would recommend.

Great location and super pet friendly

This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s under two miles to the Polo Fields (Coachella and Stage Coach). 10-minute drive to Old Town La Quinta. Our mini doodle loved the green belt directly across the street. It was great having the garage for the cars. And Nancy was helpful and super communicative.

Great price but underwhelming

The property is quite dated but very livable. Good location for access to local attractions. Cleanliness was a problem. Dished and utensils needed to be washed before use as some had food on them and refrigerator had open containers of food. Some basic ammenities such as a toaster and spatula could not be found.

Just passing through

Passing through on my way to Arizona, Coachella being a half way point. The bed was extremely comfortable for me. sounds of dogs barking and traffic noise died down and I was able to sleep peacefully in quietness. The home was lovely and clean. However I’m quite sensitive to artificial fragrances and wasn’t keen on the smell of scented laundry soap coming from the laundry room or the smell of Lysol in the air. Keep in mind these are just my personal preference. The host was very responsive, and professional.

Family of 5 stayed one day for a wedding all adults.

Poor communication. Did not receive checkin instructions till the night before. The house was not ready when we arrived. The cleaning lady just arrived at same time said there was an emergency. The house was nice and comfortable but didn’t like the fact that I requested early or late checkin and she wanted to charge an exuberant amount for an extra 1 hour. There was dog poop outside on porch and grass.

Mom and Pup get away

Really nice clean family home. The large bedroom was very welcoming had it had a larger tub I would've never left the house. Pleasantly surprised by the backyard space for moms little dog Ace to enjoy. The dog next door to the right barked ALOT! Probably because the pigeons on the roof have family reunions from time to time. All that can be tuned out unless you are easily annoyed. Easy drive to restaurants stores and casinos. Mom loved that she could park her car in the garage. The neighbors were kind ♡ Though you do have to pay an additional fee to check in early. Usually as a courtesy ive never had to do that before but i just wanted my mom to settle in as soon as possible so i took care of it. All in all it was great space with great energy... would love to stay again.

Nice house -great location --but needs a lot of work ...

Nice home in a great location. However, MANY things broken or inoperable, i.e. Front door handle NEVER worked (had to enter thru garage the entire stay), kitchen faucet broken, no stoppers in any of the sinks, no bottom rack in the dishwasher or tray for silverware, water gushed from an outlet on the counter next to the sink the one time we tried to use the dishwasher.... master bedroom toilet inoperable for 3 out of 5 days, ice maker inoperable, Couch was broken in the middle, living room rug was pretty dirty. The wood fencing in the back yard was damaged and there was an aggressive dog in the neighbor's yard. Fence had several holes and loose boards and there were gaps at the bottom that had been dug out by the dog. We did not feel safe, so we had to lug cinder blocks we found in the yard to shore up the bottom of the fence. Initially the host communicated pretty well, but by Saturday evening she quit answering messages and calls.

Property Great just FYI

Make sure you enter how many people you will have staying with you. The price is reflected by how many guests there are and not just per house like most VRBO’s are which made our nightly price nearly double and that was with Nancy giving us one guest free. Was a major hassle and then we couldn’t get in, wrong code was sent. Spent a lot of time and drama dealing with this and not being allowed a refund and ended up paying a lot more than I ever would have, but it was too late to cancel. So make sure you put in the accurate amount of people, was my mistake as well as I’m used to houses being rented per house and not per person. Other than that if things had been clarified on both ends and that additional per person was listed anywhere instead of finding out too late to cancel the house was great! It’s just too bad we had such a difficult time and I ended up being charged so much more. If I had known in advance in that location I would’ve never booked it. Just giving a warning to anyone else so you know in advance. The place was great though, barking dogs on both sides but Nancy has it set up nicely, beds comfortable. It’s just was way overpriced at the rate I was charged

Coachella residence needs some TLC

Front door sticks. Neighbors behind were noisy. Happy dogs on east. Barking dogs on west. Toilet and light in master didn’t work.
