Lakefront Oasis with Private Boat Dock on Lake Palestine

It is a regret that you left a dishonest review. I installed two flood lights behind the house. The switches are located in very obvious locations. When both lights are on, the whole yard is bright. The dock has one flood light and nice halogen bulbs. One bulb was installed under the dock to attract fishes. It is great experience to fish at night. I installed a brand new wood bench on the dock to enjoy the lake view. I left an old dinning table on a corner of the dock in case the guests want to place some foods. The table top woods are little rusted but still sturdy. The sitting woods were replaced to new ones. There is no broken bench on the dock. All east Texas lakes' water levels are low at this time of year. There are quite a few stumps exposed. However, it is still great to run a fish boat on the lake. I measured the dock water level is 4 ft 8 inches, although the water level was almost 9 ft when lake water was full. This house is located in a good place for fishing. The dock has the main creek channel just out from it 20-30 yards. It is not a good time for Jet Ski and go-fast boat at this time of year. The oven is high end KitchenAid brand purchased in May 2022. I just verified all functions working fine including cooking a cobbler. I also have a brand new small table oven purchased from Costco. Many guests had a good experience with these ovens. I constantly inspect the maid's service. I have never seen bugs in any of the bathrooms. I have never requested to wash your towels. There are plenty of towels in the loft dresser. All guests are welcome to use them. I placed extra towels there due to limited bath shelf space. There are plenty of extra sheets as well. The maid reported you left broken glass cups and the property looked messy inside and out. The trash service requested no loose trash in the trash bin outside of the property. I am sorry that I made you feel that you need to dump all trashes to outside bin. I only expect that extra trash to be bagged and dump into the bin if the 13-gallon trash can in kitchen is not enough. I contacted SuddenLink and inspected the router. No outage was reported during your stay. The Internet was stable and the speed was roughly 65-85MB. Suddenlink has a great reporting service. They let me know any outage occurred and the estimated time to repair. I checked all doors inside the house after your review. None of them made creaking sounds. I would like to ensure my guests I use my heart to service them.
