We stayed in mid January so the 3 star pool rating is meant as a neutral, non-rating with a form that requires a rating.The neighborhood doesn't look great but we felt fine being there & it is conveniently downtown. The facility itself is older but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fine, like most hotel/motel chains - although we appreciated it not being closed down so early as many places do.The price was good. This is a good value motel.

This place is a great location to walk along Pearl Street. Extra touches with snacks, bottle of wine, bathroom supplies and coffee. Had a great time visiting Boulder. Nice safe neighborhood as well.

Graduation Stay Location

The Downtown Inn was the perfect place to stay overnight before my daughter’s graduation. Convenient location in Asheville and pet friendly.The full size beds were too small to be comfortable, but other than that we had everything we needed.
