We booked the villa for us and our adult kids it was so clean and spacious.The kids loved the pool, nieces and nephews used every excuse to come over so they can use it.The fruit trees were a bonus, mangoes, guavas and coconut.The host Dave was easily contactable and made sure we had everything we needed.Would definitely recommend cant wait to visit again.

Peaceful

A perfect place to relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset with the people you love. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels, ice from the fridge to refresh our drinks after the warm days touring this fabulous Island.A very safe and friendly place to visit. A huge thank you to our host, ‘very helpful’.

Oceanfront in peaceful, beautiful neighborhood

Well-designed ocean-front house with a nice pool, very private landscaped garden, and fiber optic internet. The neighborhood is peaceful, very safe feeling and nice for taking walks. The Attic restaurant in walking distance is excellent. Paul Lewis, the property manager, stepped up like a champion to let us use his office internet when the local internet service provided was down for a little while. Our family was very comfortable. We'd highly recommend staying there if visiting Montserrat.

Just perfect

A beautiful house in a beautiful location, perfect for a relaxing week away from the daily grind! The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions about the property as we planned our trip. We can't wait to return!

Yup! Just how it looks.

Very understated property from the street. Off the beaten path, which is what we wanted. Somewhat difficult to find for North Americans unaccustomed to Caribbean driving, again which is what we wanted. Very quiet, except for the roosters awaking you at 6 am, which is what we wanted. A lot of work has gone into this villa. New appliances, new flooring, new windows. Very bright and airy, unless you want the A/C, which works great. The pool is as advertised and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The sunsets are breathless. All that being said, please don’t visit this house as I want it to be our perfect little secret. LOL

Great Find!

This stay was one of the most relaxed and easy to do compared to other ones we have stayed with. The location is very private and the view is first rate. The house has everything you will need for comfort and appliances. The private pool was a first for us and will be looking forward to using this location again in the future. Driving was fairly simple but patience and courtesy go a long way here as the roads are tight and aged. The locals are about the most friendly I have encountered anywhere and a simple wave or greeting to everyone is normal. We have had our eye on Montserrat for some time and glad we finally made it. This location is definitely on our "decompression vaction" list for when we need to get away from all!

Fantastic views

Great villa on a superb island. Very good communication with the owner. The villa sits overlooking the beautiful sea with sunset views, amazing outside area and pool for watching the sun set / passing boats and listening to the crashing waves. The island is just beautiful, very friendly locals, not loads to do but this is part of the charm. We had a great stay, everything we needed was here. You do need a car to get around the island

Sunset here can't be beat

WOW!! This is an amazing place. LOTS of room. Full size pool, grill, new appliances, ice cold A/C, comfortable King bed, New pool lounge chairs and a covered outdoor area(gets a little warm in the afternoon) that is perfect for mid morning relaxation. Breezy and quiet. We would stay here again.
