Loved the house, really liked that when they renovated the house they kept some of the original characteristics of the house. Very nice place to stay. Parking isn't the greatest but ok.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, from first impression to the time we left! What an adorable house, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms were perfect for my elderly father, me, and my sister and her husband. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to our destination of Valley Gem sternwheeler riverboat cruise which I also highly recommend!

Perfect for our needs

The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here.

We’re in Marietta for work and this was a perfect location for us to stay. We will be in Marietta for the next 5 to 6 weeks. Hopefully we can rent this place again.
