The house was cute and laid out well. I spent a fair amount of time inside and it was comfortable and easy to spend time there. The porch was nice as was the small back yard and off street parking. It was also great to have access to the laundry facilities. Jessi was responsive and we were relaxed and peaceful.

I gave it a 4 because interior was clean but old flooring was very squeaky . Also outside needs tlc. Roof and painting not great. Living room very comfortable and beds also. Parking not good but we managed. All in all it was pretty good.

Established in 1788, Marietta is the oldest city in the state of Ohio, and the first official American settlement territory north and west of the Ohio River. Known as the “Riverboat Town,” it is located at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers. Washington County’s earliest visitors arrived more than 2,000 years ago, and today thousands of visitors continue to come to the area each year to enjoy its charm, natural beauty, flowing rivers and rich heritage. With a rich history, two waterways and a vibrant downtown, our city is always bustling with activity.
