Great views & communication with the host. It was clean but not as pristine as a previous stay. Allow for a lot of extra time in either of the showers you use to accommodate the low water pressure. Be sure to bring shower gel since we ran out after our 1st day. Aside from those minor things, I would stay there again.

Great Spot

Great spot to stay; has a wonderful backyard view
 close to downtown, and lots of restaurants
 It is my go to place to stay in the valley.

Visiting Starbase

We so enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The townhome was full of amenities and comfortable. We especially liked relaxing on the back patio listening to the birds and soaking up the water scene scape. Our reason for visiting Brownsville was to see Starbase which did not disappoint. One day we drove to South Padre Island. This rental is modern, relaxing, and a great place to spend a vacation. Will definitely stay again when we next visit Starbase.

We chose this location because we were in town for Sombrero Fest. It was super convenient and watching the sucks and other water fowl was great

Beautiful view

Interesting local neighborhood leading to a beautiful duplex with amazing views. The rental was gorgeously decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, also with a great view and private balcony. We were missing kitchen towels for drying dishes but there were paper towels. The shampoo and conditioner seemed left over from previous renters and there was no body wash in the main bathroom but I always travel with my own. The shower is a rainfall type with no pressure which some people prefer and my husband said the other shower had low pressure as well. There were plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking at home and we discovered some good local Mexican restaurants. There also was no detergent for the washer and dryer located in the unit. We would stay there again when in the area.

Lovely property

Located right on a resaca, Ebony Lake, which fills with the unique birds of the RGV. If you are a birder, this is your place. Comfortable patio to relax and watch birds fly in and out. The townhouse is well appointed and quiet.

The perfect stay

Very well equipped vacation home in a nice and quiet location but still in town close to restaurants and supermarket. Very nice surroundings with good bird watchings in the mornings and evenings. Can‘t get much better.

Great!

The only issue I had was the neighbor. They constantly parked in my side of the driveway. I had to go around their cars constantly to get in and out in the morning and evenings. Then, I don't know who kept doing this but I suspect the people in A would constantly dump food in the back yard next to the patio. Jeez! But I loved this place.

Great work stay

Great stay for a quick work trip, would stay here again. Clean and beautiful view. Only thing would add is increasing shower water pressure :) but overall it's gorgeous and had everything we needed for a great visit!

Brownsville Resaca and birds

Very clean, had all of the basics we needed. Beautifully situated on a resaca with lots of birds. A great base for seeing the area and learning about Brownsville.

Quiet, restful stay

I've stayed at this location multiple times. I tried JUST ONCE to stay elsewhere and it left me in tears and paying for a hotel, in addition to my VRBO costs. This location is consistently clean and quiet. The condo is well-stocked with supplies for a basic stay, just a few small amenities away from a more home-style visit. This Christmas weekend, I bought a few decorations and a rolling pin and I was set! I won't stay anywhere else. Thank you for an excellent weekend EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
