Our family lakefront home overlooks Magnolia Lake, offering views from all three decks. The home features four bedrooms with private full baths and an outdoor shower. We have 2 Master suites, one on each floor. The large lower deck is great for relaxing in the hammock, watching TV at the bar area, playing cornhole, swinging on one of our three swings, or fishing off your private deck. The large main deck features seating for 14, complete with a flat-screen TV, high-top tables, and ample space to relax around the propane gas fire pit table. The top deck is a private deck off one of the master suites. It's a 5-minute. Walk to the beach, recreation center, arcade, or water park. Our home has everything you will need for an incredible vacation.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed. Kurig and regular coffee pots provided

A full-size washer and dryer, ironing/ board.

Each bedroom has at least one fan, and each Bathroom has a hairdryer.

First Floor
Main Bedroom #1: King-size bed, flat-screen TV, Full-size large bath with double vanity and shower

Second Floor
* Master Bedroom #2 Spacious main bedroom with King bed, chair and ottoman, dresser, walk-in closet.
Full Bathroom with a large shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. ivate deck with love seat, large chair, propane gas fire pit, and two lounge chairs.

*Bedroom #3- Two full-size bunk beds, Roku TV, dresser, and closet. Full Bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

*Bedroom #4- One King Size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, and closet. All Bathrooms have a shower.

A parking pass is required, and the cost is $12.00 per night per vehicle if purchased in advance. $15.00/night if purchased 10 days or less before arrival.

Beach Chairs are provided but must be rinsed and put away before departure.
Pack in Play provided.

Gas Grill provided.
****Please leave the grill clean for the next guest. Notably, a $25 cleaning fee will be charged to the renter.

Maximum parking for four vehicles.

We do not provide a golf cart.

WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES!! W DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. THE RENTER MUST BE ON-PREMISES.
No loud music or misconduct. Quit hours are 11 PM -7 AM. Ocean Lakes is very serious about this, and guests will be required to pay a citation prior to departure, along with a fine of up to $1,000.00.

Load and start the dishwasher.

We offer a linen service, which includes providing towels, washcloths, hand towels, dish towels, sheets, and pillowcases. The beds will be made for you. Upon departure, please strip all linens and place them on the floor of the family room, along with the towels.
