This freshly updated canal-front retreat with brand new dock, new lighting, and upgraded interiors has enough space and provides enough comfort for family trips or a getaway with friends. Ideally, you'll be located within the Holiday Isle community, which offers gated access to a gorgeous Emerald Coast beach just one block away.

With a 40-foot boat slip, this retreat offers enough room to lay up your large yacht alongside a lengthy dock. It's also perfectly situated, boasting an incredibly long view looking down the canal and the Destin Harbor. Pack your newest swimming suit and enjoy a refreshing splash in the private outdoor pool - the pool area has plenty of seating and loungers to enjoy the sun and get your daily vitamin D dose. Enjoy a thirst-quenching juice or cocktail in the shaded lounge area, or surprise your friends with a delicious barbecued meal thanks to the on-site gas grill.

Inside, the home offers a spacious open floor plan. The living area features a cozy C-shaped sofa in front of a TV and a small coffee table in the center. The adjoining kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. The dining table seats up to six people comfortably, and additional dining space can be found on the island with four chairs and an adjoining high table with four extra stools.

All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, and the spacious main bedroom has access to a private balcony and an en suite bathroom. There is a separate apartment with a private bedroom, a full bathroom, a living/dining area with a dining table for four and a TV, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, sink, and microwave.

Dock details: 40 FOOT BOAT SLIP
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 80 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
