Iâm a Kentucky Lake local and a lake-life realtor who has spent most of my life on this water. My family previously owned and operated this property when it was known as Paradise Resort, so welcoming guests and helping families create lake memories has been part of our story for many years.
Over time, the property has changed, and today the larger resort is no longer here. Only the small 5-plex condo building remains, which gives guests a quieter, more relaxed experience. It feels less like a busy resort and more like a true home away from home on the lake.
Lake life is what I know and love, and I enjoy sharing that with guests. Whether itâs local dining spots, boating tips, or hidden gems around Kentucky Lake, Iâm always happy to point you in the right direction.
My goal is simple â for you to arrive, relax, enjoy the lake vibes, and leave with wonderful memories (and maybe plans to come back again!).

The sunsets bring beautiful color across the sky, and evenings are quiet and relaxing. What we love most is that it doesnât feel crowded or commercial â it feels like a true Kentucky Lake escape where people come to slow down, spend time together, and make memories on the water.
